I would like to express my deep gratitude to the Kakadu Vet veterinary clinic and its excellent team for their care and professionalism! Recently, my kitty needed surgery to remove a tumor, and I was worried. However, the therapist Kornishkova Yana Mikhailovna and the surgeon Tselobenok Victoria Nikolaevna showed incredible attention and care to my pet, providing her with the best treatment.
The operation by Victoria Nikolaevna was carried out flawlessly, the result of the work before my eyes is a masterfully done job!
Professional advice by Victoria Nikolaevna, expert advice and assistance in all matters were excellent. I am immensely grateful to the clinic staff for their warm and caring attitude towards animals and their owners. I treated the cat with cystitis several times. Everyone has always been very sympathetic, very delicate and affectionate with animals. It's always nice, especially when you're stressed out by the illness of an important family member.
We also got into the position that we came from another city and did a procedure that should take the whole day in 3 hours so that we would not wait in the heat. Thank you so much for everything.

I would like to express my deep gratitude to Maria Feliksovna Poguzhelskaya. Two years ago, she saved a 13-year-old paralyzed Yorke who was abandoned by three vet.doctors in different clinics and offered only euthanasia.Maria Feliksovna was advised to us (although there was no hope anymore) and she helped, prescribed treatment and the dog ran for two more years contrary to all forecasts.A year later, the pancreas was treated the same way (the dog was also in very poor condition).But in this case, the right treatment was prescribed, which helped.Everything was always assigned to the case, nothing superfluous.There was support and understanding, and a wonderful , reverent attitude towards the animal.
I also want to express my gratitude to all the vet staff.Cockatoo clinics.They have never refused anything (either a prescription or a telephone consultation)There are always friendly receptionists who try to help and understand your problem.
The clinic is clean and cozy.The prices are the same everywhere (since York is almost 15 years old, I have been served many places.)But now only to Maria Feliksovna.

A very reverent attitude towards animals. I have an old cat, the disease, as usual, started unexpectedly. I turned to the Cockatoo Vet, and I'm very glad about it. Five days of long-term ivs have passed, and visits to measure blood pressure, and I continue to take the cat for weekly injections.. The cat was very stressful, but the medical staff was able to find an approach to her, even measured the pressure in a darkened room, if only she was comfortable. There are still tests, constant monitoring and treatment ahead, but I am glad that the initial choice fell on this clinic and I am very grateful to the staff for their sensitivity and professionalism.

We saved our cat, although 2 other clinics did not accept us urgently... now we have a puppy, we only go to cockatoo for all vaccinations and examinations! They will always tell you how best, calm you down if necessary and find an approach to any ponytail!!! And they will not refuse in an emergency!!! Plus, the prices are inadequate!

If you want to ruin an animal, contact a Cockatoo! They did not assume the diagnosis, which caused the death of the pet, only during the period of exacerbation they did catheterization and were hospitalized in a hospital, where there was a physical from the ivs.solution and injection of analgin.
Gabapentin is also prescribed, under which the pet is sluggish and sedentary, respectively, its real condition is unclear.
There are also very big questions about the reliability of the tests, because before the pet's death, the blood biochemistry showed supposedly good results, which could not have been the case with his diagnosis.
Dear clinic management, if you save on reagents and give false results based on the visual condition of the animal, then remember that this is a criminal case.
The results of the tests were not given to the hands.
Doctors are friendly until you start asking questions about the topic.
Result:the treatment was carried out incompetently, which led to the progression of the underlying disease, the necessary tests and examinations were not prescribed, the cat was given home to die, which was not warned about, and they also said to feed it, although the animal was almost extinct.
Those pretended that they gave away a functioning organism, and the owner is to blame for the death?
Experts do not know the breed characteristics of animals, on the basis of which, possible diseases can be assumed.
This indicates low qualifications and the ability to work only with farm animals.
It's not even the hired employees who are to blame for such work, but the owners of this clinic, because money is their priority.
Animal owners would like to say that they receive several opinions, study the problem themselves, and do not hesitate to ask for analyses and research results, even despite the ill-will of specialists.
Like all clinics in Mogilev, they can cope with frivolous pet problems, if the disease is serious or an animal with special features, then everything will come to a sad result.

We applied to this clinic for the first time.Dog ammstaf bitch for 10 years it was necessary to urgently perform a pyometer operation.I was very worried because the dog is an adult and will not survive the operation.The doctors took all the tests, checked the heart.Everything went well, thanks a lot to the doctors, the staff is super!Very polite, kind!I wish there were more such specialists!The seam is very neat, it is almost invisible.Every time they came the dog was given sweets)Now for all questions only there!

Из плюсов - расположение в центре города, хорошая база для лабораторных исследований, возможность стационара.
Из минусов - всё зависит от того, к какому врачу попадете. Несколько раз уже приходилось исправлять ошибки некоторых врачей какаду в других клиниках.
В какаду теперь обращаемся только к врачам Яне Михайловне и Оксане Олеговне. Им смело доверяем наших котеев.

Already at the entrance, I was peremptorily turned back, the girl was rude, behaved rudely! Are there really no responsive registrars in veterinary hospitals??And is it really difficult for a doctor to answer one question like that? And I picked up a kitten with a sore eye and took it home, I'm flying, I took it to the vet, but it's hard for me to take it through the whole city again, so I decided to come in...Bad workers..

Попали сюда с нашей кошечкой, на стационаре были пять дней. Несмотря на то, что кошка у нас очень сильно агрессивная , дерётся, кусается и никого не подпускает к себе вне дома, врачи были с ней добры) благодаря им мы продолжаем жить и кушать) клиника понравилась, все чисто, стерильно, цены адекватные.
Мы были теми пациентами, которым в день выписки в шутку сказали " больше не болейте и не приходите к нам"😆 на самом деле дома она очень добрая))

Клиника хорошо оборудована, чисто, хирургия на высоком уровне.
Моему коту сделали операцию, но заразили вирусом, утверждали, что панлейкопении. Назначили капельницы с антибиотиком и другими препаратами, после которых было только ухудшение, кот умер на третий день. Ошибка в назначении лекарств, простая халатность отдельных сотрудников, заразивших кота - все это принесло нашей семье горе и большие материальные потери (450 бел. рублей)

Была там впервые из-за клеща. Собаку оперативно вылечили, сделали все анализы и дали все препараты. Хороший персонал, качественное обслуживание. Цены не низкие, но за кастрацию и некоторые Прививки дают бонусы в виде корма. Их атека богатая на ассортимент, все необходимые лекарства (точнее почти все, некоторые нужно было в человеческой аптеке купить) можно взять на месте. Из минусов цена и то, что не работает круглосуточно, но за качество услуг и процедур жирный плюс, перекрывающий недостатки

В основном персонал профессиональный и чуткий. Особенно девочки, непосредственно ухаживающие за животными. Не понравилось отношение Марии Феликсовны, не вникшей в ситуацию с болезнью кошки и ее особенностями. Были очень расстроены ухудшением здоровья своей подопечной. Клинике процветания и успехов)

Раньше написал хороший отзыв, теперь меняю свое мнение на противоположное! Контора по отъему денег у населения. На большие выходные заболела кошка, чем то вирусным. привез сюда, так как гос лечебница не работала. Кошке сбили температуру и назначили капельницу. Возили все выходные, капельница по 3 часа. Кошке в результате столо только хуже. Когда после выходных показали ее в ветстанции, оказалось что по факту лечения кошке никакого не проводили. У кошки за время "лечения" в Какаду начала отказывать печень. Врачи этой лечебницы даже и не заметили что у кошки пожелтели глаза, а ей всего полтора года. Итог - кошку не лечили, капали физраствор и тянули время и деньги... За лечение отдал около 150 рублей за 3 дня. Считаю что врач Гражина некомпетентна, задумайтесь прежде чем отдавать вашего питомца в руки таких врачей, возможно вы потеряете и питомца и деньги...

Обслуживаемся в этом ветцентре уже второй год! Стараемся посещать только по профилактическим мероприятиям. Всегда довольны качеством обслуживания и отношению к клиентам и их хвостикам! В этом году столкнулись с проблемой нашего котофея по вопросу мочеиспускания и новообразования, помогли быстро, эффективно. Провели операцию и лечение. Опухоль обследовали (все нормально)! Спасибо большое врачу хирургу Веронике Игоревне! Девочкам на стационаре отдельное спасибо за уход т.к. Феликс очень характерный!
Цены по городу адекватные, даже ниже других(мониторили перед операцией)но здоровье любимого пушистика и внимание персонала дороже!
Рекомендую.

Хочу поблагодарить врача этой клиники Марию Феликсовну! У собаки, цвергшнауцер, отказали задние лапки, были в 4 ветклинниках Могилева, и все ставили разные диагнозы, и только она поставила правильный диагноз (невролгический, который подтвердил врач в Витебске) и назначила поддерживающую терапию (лечения при этой болезни нет), давала консультацию по телефону по реабилитации. Прошло 4 недели - собачка уже пытается бегать). Спасибо Вам огромное за внимательность и профессионализм!!!!

Так сложилось, что пришлось обратиться в КакадуВет за помощью. Очень довольна работой заботливого внимательного медперсонала. А в частности доброй и отзывчивой девушки ветврача Коломеец Екатерины, которая спасала моего котика Тимофея. У кота был большой стресс и острый цистит на фоне переезда в новую квартиру. Благодаря хорошему подобранному лечению кот быстро пошёл на поправку! Отличная клиника. Всем рекомендую КакадуВет!

Ужасное отношение администаторов, халатное отношение врача, который плохо сделал свою работу, а именно, котенку сделали вакцинацию и не сообщили о том что делать следующую вакцинацию обязательно через 20 дней, в итоге, просто отправляют на повтор... Считаю такое отношение к своей работе недопустимым.

Ходили с пинчером к Веронике Игоревне, справились с проблемой. Вет звонила по телефону и давала расшифровки результатов анализов. Очень удобно , что в клинике есть своя лаборатория , мочу и другие анализы смотрели оперативно. На узи была помощница, что здорово облегчает работу хозяину при ужерживании питомца. Стоимость всех услуг тоже устроила! Расположение удобное!
Было бы здорово, если бы в клинике ещё был эксперт по бридам, питанию и поведенческий специалист, у которого можно было бы консультироваться и корректировать поведение собаки и своё. 🌹

Залечили кота, изначально поставили неправильный деагноз, не могли провести операцию. Кот с котетером ходил 2 недели!! Его выписали, привезли домой. Через 2 часа умер. Отвратительный врач Таткин.
