We stayed for 2 days on the advice of our guide at this hotel. Located in the historical heart of Khiva, 3 minutes and we are near all the main attractions! The hotel itself is family-run and cozy, with a wonderful view from the roof! Uzbek-style breakfast is included in the price. the owner is clearly watching his mini-hotel and it is clear that he is putting his soul into it!

2-bed room: cramped, there is no refrigerator and iron in the room, drinking water is not provided in the room, there are very hard mattresses on the bed, a small and very uncomfortable washbasin in the bathroom, water barely flows from the faucet, the room has never been cleaned in 3 days. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Good location of the hotel.
