I like that you can email them a document that you need to print, but they serve it for a very long time, I remember I had to print a diploma, there were 40 people in the queue, but they didn't even try to optimize this queue somehow: they have two printers, only one works, there seem to be enough cashiers but they stand and sell other goods (folders for diplomas, etc.) in priority, even though for this they receive at most 2 people per hour, and people in the heat were forced to just stand and wait

They refused to print A1 format from autocad. I stood in line for an hour, and the woman refused to give me a minute to unzip the file and print the autocad. She said that there was no time to deal with the archive, although I told her what needed to be done. They refused to print, threw a tantrum. It's disgusting! Teach staff how to communicate with clients and work with documents. The only plus is that it is cheaper than in Pencil.
