We ordered sushi and nuggets with us, the receptionist warned that the order would be ready in 25 minutes and we would be dialed when ready. No one dialed or even tried to do it, the waiting time was 40 minutes, it was sad (there was no place to wait, and it was insanely cold outside). The food is disgusting, to put it mildly, it's impossible to eat. One star for this establishment and that's luxury!

I often ordered sushi in Soligorsk from capybara, I liked everything, everything was always clear.
I immediately ran into vsra...by the service.
I made an order on 07/19/2013, it was confirmed. The delivery and cooking time is one hour and forty. Well ok. An hour and 50 minutes have passed. No courier, no phone call. We call them ourselves.
"The courier had a slip on the last order, it will be within 15 minutes."
Well, OK.
20 minutes pass.
I'm calling again.
The same song with a courier and an overlay.
Wait 15 minutes!!!
The result is that the order did not arrive in 3 hours, the only thing this office offered was to refuse the order.
They refused, fortunately they are not alone in the city.
And the main complaint is not about the delivery time, I can understand everything here, there are no couriers, something is broken. What is the problem with calling the operator and saying, "sorry, the overlay will be in stock"!!!! And not to feed in 15-minute intervals, not understanding when the order will actually arrive.

The pizza is tasteless. Instead of cheese for pizza (mozzarella), something like sulguni or similar is used, it gives a sour taste. Sushi is normal, but with fish it is a very bad choice.

The place is frankly so-so. The location is extremely inconvenient, in some kind of basement. Rolls are tasteless, colorless, and odorless. The price clearly does not meet expectations. The staff is sluggish, you can somehow be more friendly. In the clothes in which they cook, the cooks go to smoke under the garbage with the whole herd. Of course, taking advantage of the lack of alternatives, you can work "carelessly". I do not recommend it, it is easier to buy such rolls in the hypermarket, the same weather-beaten and "without a soul".

The most important plus is that I didn't get hurt here, although at first there were concerns. But the quality of the rolls themselves (cheese, freshness and thickness of the fish) leaves much to be desired. Although the price tag is appropriate. But, as many have written here, the most important disadvantage is the lack of seats. If you are passing through the city and do not want to eat in a random canteen, then this is the only option, but you will have to eat either in your car or like a whip on a bench in the park (as I actually did). Also among the disadvantages is the complete absence of woks and miso soups (I'm already used to taking miso soup with mushrooms + fila to my set).
As I understand it, the format of this franchise is dark kitchen, but still, at least somehow it would be possible to stick at least a small rack.

The rolls are delicious, BUT they were ordered with home delivery, after the order there was no SMS confirmation for about 30 minutes, after which they called the number, confirmed the order, said to wait 1 hour 40 minutes, as a result, after that we call in 2 hours 30 minutes and said to wait another 50 minutes, thanks to Ksenia Dmitrievna (if I didn't cheat again). 1 star only for tastier rolls.

The staff did not offer any alternatives other than paying in cash, but their boss was standing next to them, in whose car there was a terminal (it became known from the conversation of the employees with him), he refused to follow him. I do not have a bank card, which has an ATM in general in Slonim, so I had to withdraw money with a commission.
After paying in cash, I did not even receive an apology for the inconvenience, let alone any compliments.
