I made a pre-order on 23.02 at 19:00-19:30 in the application, since it is impossible to reach the operator. I missed the confirmation call due to work. At 20:50 (almost 1.5 hours after the stated time), I called to ask if I should expect delivery, the administrator clarified the address and said that the courier had already left. Well, it's a holiday, I'm waiting for a lot of orders. At one o'clock, I went to bed without receiving my order. I wrote on Instagram, there are ridiculous explanations about the fact that there have already been orders to this address that no one has picked up. As far as I understand, the client is blacklisted, not the address. And it turned out that I've been living in the city for a week and I can't order rolls properly anymore. My first order at this place was my last. The most interesting thing is that when I called, no one said that the address was problematic for them and it was said that the courier was on the way!

In the end, they didn't say the total cost. And they brought it because they heard it. We didn't come to a decision on the phone. I hoped that at least the taste of sushi would be great and I would forget about this situation, but no. There was just enough spice in the salmon, but a dry nori leaf. I can't imagine how such a thing could be given out for food and money at all. And I was also surprised why it says "Consume within six hours" on the receipt.
I will tell you about the strange execution of the order. The time said one thing — they arrived much later (and this despite the fact that one set of rolls was probably yesterday!). They asked for two sets of chopsticks and ignored them.
Well, just a personal dislike of plastic packaging. In Minsk, many have switched to craft, but this is purely a matter of taste. The assessment was not affected.

We arrived on a business trip to this beautiful city, decided to order sushi in the evening.We read reviews about all the establishments in the city and despite the negative reviews (we thought they were custom-made), we ordered a set of rolls in this institution. On a weekday (Thursday), we were told that the delivery would be in 2 hours. In fact, it was delivered in 2 hours and 20 minutes. After the order was picked up, it turned out that two additional sauces and two sets of chopsticks were missing (there were none at all). A set called "2 kg" was ordered, according to the website, it should contain "Philadelphia Classic" rolls, and in fact received "Philadelphia Lite". In general, the evening was spoiled by poor quality service and the feeling that we were "divorced". We do not recommend this institution, irresponsible attitude towards the client and complete "indifference" to quality.

I ordered Philadelphia with avocado. Instead of avocado, it came with cucumber inside and salmon (although there shouldn't have been salmon inside). The salmon is not fresh, not salty and apparently just defrosted, absolutely none…
Next, the "Guru" was supposed to be with salmon and cucumber inside. There was no salmon at all, and the cucumber was replaced by avocado. But it is not possible to eat avocados either. It is wooden, hard, which is not even possible to crack and is not fresh.
But avocados should add oiliness and melt in your mouth!
The tomato was not added to the Haiku roll.
And in the Spartak roll, it's not like a squid. It's not sweet at all. It tastes just like smoked bacon. I wouldn't be surprised if that's what it is..
The rice is very dry, as if it has been lying for a day and is absolutely not tasty..
Result:
The rice is poorly cooked, the salmon is not fresh and tasteless, the avocado is oaky and not fresh, the products are either not reported or replaced with others. In short, complete amateur performance ... not tasty! The attitude towards customers and products is indifferent..!
