There are a lot of ticket offices on the ground floor and there is no access on the second floor, when you can reduce the ticket offices on the first floor or move part of them to the second floor. Now they mostly buy Online, they only buy tickets for trains, and that can also be online. There are huge walk-through corridors and not a single place to sit. When several trains arrive, the waiting rooms are crowded, especially in winter. The transition is well done to other platforms, but no one walks on them, everyone goes through the platforms, because the waiting rooms are located next to the first one. Make commuter transportation only on tracks 3 and 4 and a waiting room on the second with an exit, it will be very convenient and people will get used to it. Cafes and shops, devices need to be put on the second floor, to make room for passengers who need to drink tea or buy something, they will go to the second floor themselves, especially since there are cool excellent escalators.
