Positive. Convenient location. It is relatively quiet, if only the windows overlook the street (it is quiet), if it is in the courtyard, then this is a "well" with parking and constantly working air conditioners and ventilation of the Shopping Center.
The rooms are relatively clean.
Minuses. We ordered a room with a balcony three months in advance. The hotel has confirmed the reservation. But upon check-in, it turned out that the administrator did not see our reservation. I had to spend the first night in a nearby hotel. On the second day, they checked into a room without a balcony. The administration did not resolve the issue and did not go to the oncoming lane. The staff performed poorly.The service.....is still the same.
The breakfasts are meager. There is nothing to choose from. I confirm that you need to come to breakfast by the opening - in an hour there is nothing left. The breakfasts are bad. The hotel next door is much better and more diverse.
Maintenance and cleaning - only when you announce it at the Reception. Overall, the room service is good.
I do not recommend it if you plan to stay for more than a day.

The room is nice and cozy. The reception staff is very friendly, they will always prompt and answer all questions. I'm shooting a star for breakfast. If you come by 8.00, then it's normal, we liked to sleep and, accordingly, by 9.30 there is nothing left...although it is stated that breakfast is until 10.00
But it didn't bother us, we had a snack in the room

The booking was cancelled due to an alleged technical error on the website (although the website was working normally) when they realized that the F1 stage would be held in Baku on the booking dates and immediately raised prices for these dates. They didn't hesitate to write about it in the chat, their money is the most important thing.
I do not recommend contacting this desk.

Not a bad location, very helpful staff. The room has everything you need, but the rooms have not been renovated for a very long time, the breakfasts are mediocre. The price/quality ratio is complete. How much you pay, you will get. Definitely not less. If you have the desire and money, choose something else.

Great hotel! I regretted that I didn't book it for the whole vacation. Clean and cozy. The girls and young people at the reception are very responsive and attentive. I hope that we will come back here again. The breakfasts are decent, you definitely won't stay hungry. Everything is new in the room, the bathroom is also.

It's just a great place! The staff is friendly, the breakfasts are delicious, the transfer was brought and taken to the airport (although it was not expensive for three people). And the hotel is not that expensive, but for that kind of money there is simply not a single minus. They speak Russian.

The hotel is three stars. The location is excellent-to any mastsi no more than 20 minutes along the central streets with underground passages and escalators, but the Windows to the street are noisy, the Windows to the courtyard are parking with a lantern for the whole night. The equipment is weak-both in the room and in the bathroom. Breakfast is modest. But all this is smoothed out by the attitude of the staff-they try from the bottom of their hearts, they did what they asked. We were rarely in the room, so all the cons are just for information. Well, plus the location of the hotel.

Nice cozy hotel, from the category of inexpensive.
Clean linen, water, tea and coffee. Perfect cleanliness. The only problem with Wi-Fi. I do not lower the rating, I hope they will correct this point. Prosperity. I recommend.

Great hotel. Nice, comfortable rooms. Friendly attitude towards guests. Russian-speaking staff. Delicious breakfasts. Near the center. The embankment is just around the corner. There is a large shopping center nearby. I recommend it to everyone.

I booked and paid in advance for the suite room, and settled in the standard! They moved only by the end of the next day, so I took off the star. The breakfasts and service are good.

Good location, close to the central part of the city (10-15 minutes on foot). The hotel is relatively new, nice rooms. There is practically no view from the rooms, only from some rooms the windows overlook the street, the rest overlook the courtyard and the wall of the neighboring building. A fairly average buffet breakfast. The hotel is allowed to smoke on the stairs because of this very often the smell of smoke in the room.
