The best conditions for recreation: comfortable rooms, 2 swimming pools, exercise equipment, table tennis, billiards, Wi-Fi throughout, beautiful territory and the building itself, the hotel looks like the Palace of the emperors, two exits to the roof on both sides. The hotel is lovely.. The idea of the hotel is good, but the owner's hands are not enough. Everything is old, sockets come out of the wall, skirting boards move away in places, cabinet doors close with a creak, there is no magnifying mirror in the bathroom, coffee, water, tea in the room have to be asked, they should be by default. But in general, the hotel is not bad, the location is very good, the design is classic, the breakfast is not a buffet, but the dishes are delicious. The staff is friendly.

We paid for half a day and left quickly, due to the fact that there is a bathroom in the rooms right in the side of the bed and water flows directly from the shower all the way to the room. The staff did not even ask why we were leaving so quickly, because this is a common case for them

I was here in July 2021. The hotel is new and looks very beautiful. The rooms are very small with a bed on the right, a toilet on the left, a door right. There is a closet and a refrigerator. The air conditioner weighs directly above your head, you will not be able to cool the room, you can get sick yourself.
We arrived at night, all the staff were sleeping on sofas in the lobby.
Breakfast and dinner are included in the price, the cuisine is quite good, but the waiters are rude.
On the second day, I moved a bigger room, thanks to the administrator of Golnaz.
From + restaurant, the ability to pay with a card, the only administrator who knows his business.
Because, first of all, the price is 60 USD, per night in a village-type settlement it is very expensive. Most of the staff were most likely recruited from the same place, the uniform does not change the content of the personality.
Very small rooms. Hot water does not reach the second floor, it is better to wash either early in the morning or late at night.
On the ground floor there is a shower room where the water goes into the floor, there is no bath, it takes a very long time and goes into the room.
Tip, not far from Urgench there is the city of Khiva, a historical monument, if you are going there, then go right away, do not make a stop in the village, the prices for the hotel are many times less.
