Of the advantages, only the kind staff, there is no hot water, bring the batteries to the remote control yourself, the rooms are in need of repair, it is not very cozy because the balconies are connected to the neighbors and you can safely climb into another room, so they also broke into the door at night pulling the handle and picking with the key, not a very pleasant feeling, you know. There is not even a sink, there is no kettle, when we entered the room it stank of smoke.

Convenient location. The junior suite is decent. The prices are very reasonable. The administrators are polite, friendly.

There is no hot water, refrigerator, TV, kettle. It is convenient for people (men, women) who have nowhere to meet. For a longer stay, you can find a more decent hotel.
