I want to leave a review about how the visit to the Kari store in Novopolotsk went.
And this is not a positive review or a thank you for quality service.
It all started from the moment of greeting and receiving the order, which was completed in almost two days, and ended with the final settlement.
The story began with placing an online order for winter shoes in my profile, because it would be foolish not to take advantage of a good promotion and buy it at an attractive price. I chose the right size, the pairs my mother liked, and placed an order in the store where all three pairs were available, namely Novopolotsk, Zodiac shopping center, and Kari.
All three pairs at the time of ordering and in the morning of 02/10/2025 were displayed as "ready for delivery", then I did not check the status. (At the time of writing the review, the pair's status in the order is displayed as "not found").
Today, my mother and I went to a fitting, as she has problematic legs and only one pair from the entire store can fit, and in order to change everything, she needs moral and physical help.
Almost two days have passed since the order was placed.
I think during this time it was possible to find the product and complete the order.
Came. We got in line.
The cashier girl served the couple in front of us, the second girl, as I understand the admin, distracted her all the way, intervened in our dialogue with the cashier when our turn came.
We must pay tribute, the cashier stopped her and went to look for our order.
I didn't find it right away. There was a problem with complexity - one pair was not found.
We were just given two pairs with the phrase: "there is no third pair." And they continued their conversations. Neither "I'm sorry...", nor "I'm sorry...", "maybe you want to consider something else from this segment in your size...".
Unpleasant, but okay.
Let's go try it on.
Unfortunately, none of the two pairs fit, so I took them and left them at the checkout.
We spent about two hours in the store, my mother tried on a lot of shoes, during which time none of the consultants came up and offered to help with the selection and fitting.
I was the consultant: I was looking for the right models and sizes, helped to put on and take off shoes from my knee, put shoes in boxes, took them and put them in their place. She talked about the quality of the shoes, the characteristics of the sole and insulation, the care features...
so if she were alone, she would have left without picking up anything.
Well, never mind.
Let's go to the checkout.
We have two pairs of winter shoes and one all-season, a winter accessory and bonuses on the card to use when buying a product that is not participating in the promotion and is not at a discount.
"Do you have an app, are you registered on our website?"
"Yes registered. By phone number, please.
" "You can't use the phone number, only the cuar code."
As a result, they count me out without even asking for a bonus number, and I leave the store happy that thanks to my efforts and my mother's patience, we still chose three pairs of shoes for her and angry at such a careless, incompetent attitude of the employees.
My rating of the store on a five-point scale is not zero, but minus five.

I bought shoes, I squeaked in every store. The next day I came to Kari. They realized that they had a problem with disabling the "pre-theft tags", first they demanded a receipt!! Then they tried to turn off the tag for a long time while I was standing in one shoe >:(
I'll give you some advice.. If, when leaving Kari with a purchase, you squeak within the framework, and they tell you "This is normal, Come through." You'll be squeaking in all the shops.. To avoid this, go to the checkout.

The service is disgusting. Not only that, only ONE works! the cash register with a large number of customers, as well as the service staff behaves rudely, not trying to somehow create a welcoming atmosphere for shopping. The staff is good, always helps with the selection and purchase. It is possible to buy in installments on Halva. There are also decorations there. I bought earrings for my daughter.

Although the shoes were dry, it was not summer outside and by the time you reach the store, the shoes will be stuck and will seem wet . If you bring any thing from the heat to the cold, it will seem cold and wet . The warranty is coming and we don't want to accept shoes. Sellers are just doing terrible things for evil . The shoes are of poor quality . I won't take any more shoes there. The attitude towards people is bad .
