Good afternoon) I have no complaints about the store itself and the choice of shoes, the assortment is large, the only thing that at first impression looks like one big warehouse, and so each box corresponds to the model that stands on the shelves, prices are affordable and acceptable, good promotions and discounts. Questions and indignation were caused more by the staff 😅 During the selection of the goods, no consultation was offered, these are trifles, if I really needed it, I would have applied, however, after approaching the checkout with a pair of shoes, a young sales consultant/cashier neither greeted in response, nor asked if a package was needed, nor notified during the "sale of goods" about the guarantee and safety of the receipt with the box of goods, neither asked about the availability of a bonus card, since he did not say hello, apparently he thought that he could say goodbye, all this time he was talking with a colleague and all attention was focused on the dialogue with her, the only thing they asked was how the payment would be made) I am disappointed with the service of the staff, I worked in trade myself and I know what I am writing about. The store itself is not bad, it could be a great hyper, that's what it's called. But. There are constantly no consultants to find, there are not enough of them. It is almost impossible to navigate through the boxes placed randomly. Negative reviews are frequent, business apologizes, but somehow does not try to improve the situation. Today we are choosing winter shoes. Chaos of boxes and only one seller and one cashier. The fish rots from the head. I wish a good business manager to this store, who will put things in order here and make sure that people work here with pleasure and there is no such staff turnover.

I want to write a review about an employee at Kari in the Spectrum shopping center. I've just repeatedly encountered her behavior. Anything can happen. Sellers are also people and there may be some personal reasons for this behavior. But when it happened repeatedly, I decided to write a review. The woman at the checkout, unfortunately I do not know the name, constantly expresses her dislike and reluctance to work. The first time I wanted to buy earrings. The guy who was at the checkout apologized and said that he couldn't come to me right now because he was solving issues with another client. I understand, I was waiting. This woman came to the cashier after a while. She saw that I had been standing waiting by the jewelry for a long time. But she never even came up!!!!!!! And she wasn't busy with anything!!!
I ran into her again the second time. I handed over the shoes under warranty and was told to come back in a week. But I came a day earlier. I was nearby and decided to stop by to ask. I go up to the cash register, there is no one there. This woman stands and scans the children's shoes with the device. I'm standing patiently waiting. Then a woman who worked with jewelry shouted to her that a man had come for a refund. She looked and continued to do her business. Okay, I'm waiting again. Time passes, the woman from the jewelry calls her again, says you heard that someone came to you. She replies yes, I'll be there soon. I'm waiting.... it comes after a while. I give the paper and say that I was told to come tomorrow, but maybe there is an opportunity to pick it up today? To which she scolded me and said if I was told tomorrow, then I should come tomorrow. At the same time, she took the paper and went to check. In the end, everything was ready and she gave me the money. She asked if I had pennies, I didn't have any, and she gave me one-kopeck coins, probably 30 kopecks, if not more. It feels like you're wearing this... it is very unpleasant to face her. In general, the management needs to think about something about the layout of the product. There are no shoes in the store at all! Boxes are boxes and everything is mixed up. Terrible service and maintenance. I ordered three pairs of shoes for pickup, the shelf life was specified until November 27 inclusive. When I arrived at the store, there was a woman standing next to the cash register, who was putting her face in order and condescendingly asked if I needed to find out something or was just standing there. Then she called another employee. Despite the fact that I had an order number, they began to clarify who the shoes were for, what size and approximate price. As it turned out, I quote: "well, there were only 36 and 37 sizes of these models, probably they were disassembled from the order and sold out." That's it. What is the point of having the possibility of placing an order for pickup, if in fact you will be told that there is nothing?!

It looks like a shoe warehouse, it's always a mess, boxes are on the aisles, shoes are not clear where and how, to find something yourself is a whole quest. It is clear that visitors are to blame here, who put their shoes in the wrong place. But somehow in other stores (even in the same chain) it turns out to keep order. This is exactly what I'm talking about Uruch kari.
And in general, the assortment on the network has hardly changed for years. We bought a pair of shoes - in a couple of years you can buy the same one again. There are few stylish current models.
