The layout, if there is one at all, is terrible, probably it is more convenient to choose a product at a traffic light than there:everything is in a heap, I did not notice gradations for anything, only the division into men's and women's, well, thank you for dividing the shoes at least according to the seasons, otherwise it would be even more fun to look for something there, given that I often observed goods without prices in this store. To be honest, I was missing, I came in 5 times and realized that either you need to spend an hour and a half looking at each box or try to walk around and see something in 20 minutes and go further))

Kari's plastic card is no longer valid. The staff offers to issue a virtual card by linking it to a mobile phone number. Messages with confirmation codes arrive on the phone for a sooooo long time. As a result, the card was not issued and the bonuses were not deducted from the plastic card. Autumn is a long procedure.
The warranty period for shoes is pleasing. Let's see how the shoes will manifest themselves within 180 days)

After the expiration of the warranty, but within the warranty of 2 years according to the Law, the return was refused by the store manager, although the defects are visible to the naked eye.
The head of the store also refused to accept the pre-trial letter of claim, arguing "we have no right to accept them."
I do not advise anyone to buy expensive shoes in Kari, because the quality of Chinese cheap shoes and customer orientation is very low!

I was glad that when the soles in the autumn pair (not the cheapest) began to collapse, which had not yet expired the warranty period (90 days), the shoes were taken away without red tape and questions, the money was returned to the card a couple of days later and bonuses were added to the Kari card as an apology. And the shoes have been in service for several years, so much depends on the brand and model with quality. Silverware can be interesting and elegant. Hats and scarves are cute

Sometimes finding a second shoe unit is a real quest. There used to be a good selection of children's clothes and shoes, unfortunately this is not the case now. And something decent costs a lot. There are not bad discounts on toys, but one big disadvantage is that battery-powered toys are not checked. Even in hardware stores they are checked, but in a children's store they are not - fantastic.so I do not advise you to take it.
I was lucky with the shoes somehow, I didn't have to return them. But many people say that this is a direct problem.
