The place is nice.
Rooms are clean.

For $35, this is the worst hotel:
1) there is no elevator, they did not help us lift our bags to the third floor, although we were 8 hours on the way
2) we were not given anything hygienic on our hands (there is a small body lotion and shampoo in the bathroom)
3) when we wanted to enter the room at 16:30 local time, the doors were open and the cleaner had not finished her work
4) The TV is working very poorly, some channels are not available or turn on with a long wait
5) why isn't the work phone attached in the bathroom?

In my opinion, this hotel is the most luxurious in Andijan. There is not a really cool pool and the breakfast is very tasty. It is located right in the center. The staff is very friendly. They even helped us with other questions. I advise you not to regret it.

In short, I do not recommend it.
In detail:
- Parking. There is a small parking lot for 4-5 cars in front of the hotel entrance, but to be honest, parked cars interfere with the passage of people.
- appearance. It's just gorgeous at night, it looks very decent. It's a lot easier during the day, but overall it's very neat.
- interior and reception. The interior is in the best traditions of the "oriental baroque", as they say, expensive, rich. But as always, many things are already frankly in need of repair, such as wallpaper and lamps in the hallway. The reception is very small. I would like to say that it is very cozy, but right behind the counter there is a real mess, a warehouse of tools, personal belongings, and just junk. There are 2 prices on the counter, for citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan and foreigners. There is a sign that they do not follow without a registry office. Whether this applies only to heterosexual couples, and for how long it is observed, is unclear.
- The number. They enrolled on the 3rd floor (by the way, there is no elevator) the room is very narrow, there are two separate beds in the room, apparently even with the seal of the registry office. The overhead light turns on only at the entrance, in the room itself there is only a bedside lamp, which are turned on by an artisanal switch between the beds. The room is dark at night. There is no chair, no table, there is only a cupboard with a refrigerator and dust.
The beds are terrible mattresses are suppressed from the sides in the middle, you sleep "on top of the ridge". The window opens swinging open from top to bottom, the position is not open, only wide open.
The room has bottled drinking water and a couple of tea bags, for some reason without individual packaging. In the bathroom there is a Soviet repair and plumbing from the beginning of 2000. Three slightly gray towels. There are disposable toothbrushes and almost disposable shampoos (bottles are clearly being sought, judging by the worn label), there are cheap disposable slippers. The strangest thing is that bleach is poured into all the drain holes during cleaning for some reason. The sound insulation is very poor, you can hear the water in the next room.
- cleaning every day, but I really don't like that my dirty things are put in my suitcase, and in principle what they open.
- the breakfast is not the most miserable that I have seen, with a claim to a buffet, but if something is over, "come tomorrow." For some reason, there are a lot of mayonnaise salads, 5 pieces.
- The staff. Just tears. We could not accept payment by card for 30 minutes. We recalculated the cost 3 times, (oh, we made a mistake) We almost paid twice as much. As a result, we paid by transfer.
The result is, in principle, not an expensive hotel, for very non-demanding guests. You can live, but not relax.

Everything is great, there are not enough more nimble staff at the reception. According to the location, the hotel is in my opinion the first place in the city. There is a macro hypermarket and Navruz shopping center nearby. The maids cleaned the room but did not change the things for the shower: soap and tooth cleaning products.

Good location, close to the market. There is a new swimming pool and sauna (paid separately), excellent breakfast! It was repeated at the end of November. Excellent managers and administrators. Thank you Navruz! Great prices and a great discount for regular customers! Rooms are cleaned every day, new slippers and toiletries. During the week, the bed linen was changed 2 times. Friendly! Excellent breakfasts for every taste (cereals, sandwiches, fresh fruits and pastries, sausage, meat and pork cuts).

I give 2 stars because the interior is really beautiful. The service is at the skirting board level . The slippers had to be defended with a big dagger (swearing at the guys at the reception. they are trying to get rid of you with beautiful phrases ) . Cleanliness is lame . The bath is terrible , although if cleaned from the heart , I would rate it 5 stars. the rooms stink and are not ventilated . + the smell of the sewer was ( very disgusting ) .

The most excellent hotel. The breakfast buffet is beyond praise. At breakfast, akyn plays dombra live, sings songs. The flavor of the eastern city is what we were going for. Tea and coffee are free during the day. The hotel is on a par with Turkish all-inclusive. The interior looks like the east, too. it looks cool. The rooms are fine, there is hot water, there is TV in Russian, water is free, 4 nights were released in December 2018 1.36 million soums. cash payment, mastercard cards are tight. It is located near the Beeline store - you can buy sim cards and not far from the local bazaar - it is stunning. Everyone knows Russian. The manager is an elderly lady, very professional. In general, I recommend it furiously. Oriental flavor is the very thing.
