It's a wonderful place. Lots of greenery, beautiful lawns, playgrounds. Shops are within walking distance. Near the metro station Molodezhnaya, buses, trolleybuses.

Excellent residential complex. Beautiful, well-maintained courtyards with flower beds, cool playgrounds. Belmarket store, medical centers, WB and Ozon pick-up points. Hairdressers and a pet store. Parking lots and car parks. Coffee shops and squares for relaxing and enjoying the moment. I love it, I live nearby and go for walks with my children.

It is compactly built up, close to the center, the metro is nearby. There are plenty of places for administrative and business premises in the district. Courtyards are closed by barriers from outsiders. There is a multi-level parking lot.
There are enough cafes in the residential area - about ten for sure, everyone will find something to their liking. There are also plenty of grocery stores around and within walking distance. Near the Nemiga district - for walking, shopping!
In a word, it is a wonderful place to live!

I am the owner of the apartment in this complex... And I want to make a remark that the chairman of the management board and the partnership are absolutely not competent in this complex... They repeatedly arrange scandals with owners in chat rooms, go to personalities in 4D chats... At night he arranges night discos from 2 to 5 in the morning with other neighbors... To my comments when I asked to make it quieter... He started being rude and getting personal...I complained!!! I hope that measures will be taken and something worthy will be found!!I have noticed more than once that Russians are insulted in chat rooms!!!They also turn to personalities for a remark!!! I don't like the complex!! Increased audibility... Life is not adequate here... I do not recommend using the word at all!!!And I also wanted to add that the playgrounds here are catastrophically terrible... After all, this is an elite complex and you can't tell!!! There is little elite here!!!

I live here.Children have plenty of space.you can move around the yards without crossing the road. In the summer, we ride bikes together, hang out on playgrounds, we have them for different ages. There is a go-karting nearby, where I go on weekends, and a school across the street.There is not enough normal parking for bicycles, a workout area.
