The bank branch was serviced quickly and competently, they know their business, I am a citizen of the Russian Federation, the card of this bank was opened in Almaty in 2022 only in the application, there was not enough plastic to print it, and 1.5 years later, I arrived in Astana, it was updated and given to me, the whole procedure took 10 minutes. I recommend this office to resolve issues!
