I came from another country to apply for a card. There was both an iin and a sim card.everything is arranged to get a bank card, I requested the original piece of paper that was issued more than 3 years ago, which has no legal force. Alas, I am disappointed.

I issued a Caspi Gold card, being a citizen of the Russian Federation. For some reason, they demanded to go print out the IIN. I still didn't understand why, because it wasn't scanned. I found the nearest print in a photo studio near the Rahat shopping center. After that, everything was done quickly and the card was issued in 20 minutes. The staff are very polite and friendly. In addition to the IIN, you need a foreign passport with a stamp on border crossing, a local SIM card and a Russian INN.
