Cafe Katyusha is located not far from the military unit at Frunze 45. The prices there are reasonable. The staff is excellent, the waiters are very good and kind.

There are few tables, but for a company of 4 people, just enough to take a table. There is still a place for two and they may ask to sit down. The tables are fenced off by high partitions. Not a bad kitchen, with a choice of dishes. Not an insane markup on alcohol. Smoking is prohibited inside.
