In this institution, students will absolutely not care about students, for them, students are nobody. For the college administration, you will only be a bag of money, because if you do not pay on time, delaying payment by a day, you are ready to be expelled without understanding the reasons. Instead of doing their job, they will only shake for their reputation and tearfully ask you for good reviews.
If you have any questions to the head or the dean's office, you will have to be ignored, or you will simply be sent to a person who will not even have the information.
Being a prefect is a separate topic, because prefects for them are bring-and-serve, and in return there is no gratitude, but a lot of reproaches that you did THEIR job incorrectly: print tickets for state exams, filling out a statement.
Sometimes the elders are simply not notified about some important things.
The state exam is a pure nationalist exam, because if you don't know Kazakh, then the maximum you can claim is a three and no one cares if you know the history of Kazakhstan or not, you just have to know the state language, even if you are studying in Russian.
Corruption. In the first year, the teachers openly talked about money or "setting the table", but even after the corruption scheme was revealed, the teachers were not fired immediately. At the graduation ceremony, the director made a very fiery speech about the fact that corruption has not been noticed in the college for 2 years. The question is, maybe because everyone has been quarantined for these 2 years, and just no one has received the money.

A great way to buy a diploma late, spending money, time and nerves.
In addition to the profession, you will "engage" in a bunch of unnecessary disciplines for which you will be required and threatened with second years of paid retakes and so on.
You will not get any convenience, competent help from the administration, timely notifications and even a static schedule.
Here you will be given wonderful walks to another educational institution, as there are not enough classrooms, which even with such a system will be confusing.
There will also be lovely hassle for moronic demands, for example, to sit in honey caps and dressing gowns, whether it's the history of Kazakhstan, mathematics or the Russian language. The reason for this is that we have to get used to it. However, no one is interested in what a "Dental technician" is by profession, no one needs these robes and caps at work.
As for the profession, be prepared that no one needs you as a graduate of this college, because knowledge will either be stupidly missed, or they will be tediously read out to you from a piece of paper, scoring on training in practical classes. And if they can convey something to you, it will be knowledge and methods that no one has been working on for a long time.
If you do not have connections where an inexperienced person could at least take you somewhere, even study for free, then you can forget that after training you could find a job in your specialty.
And God forbid you find practice during training, teachers will turn into animals who are ready to tear and throw, but only if it was a priority for you to spend time on this "educational institution" and not getting real knowledge and experience at work.
During the training, there were cases with a biology and mathematics teacher. One of them persuaded the whole group to bribe before the exam and she was fired the next year. Another asked to set a table for her with other teachers in a cafe before the exam. We didn't see her for a year, but the next year she also continued to work, apparently she had to sit at the table with the director.
After graduation, you will be fooled with getting a diploma. They will set dates, but at the time of issue they will say that something is not ready for them yet, come later.
Even when you get a diploma, you will not be able to get a school certificate.
You will be required to submit documents on admission to another educational institution or documents stating that you work. I don't know how legal it is, but it looks like they are stuffing statistics with these papers that all students are getting employed.
