They constantly postponed the delivery, feeding breakfast in the end they did not wait, spoiled all plans and left the person without a gift, although according to reviews I hoped that the organization was good, but expectations were not justified.

We booked a cauldron with a stove, said that we would come personally to see and buy on the weekend, as a result, we waited 20 minutes from the moment of opening, because no one came, and then it turned out that there was no cauldron available that we needed, in explanation we heard that many people write like that and that they do not have such a warehouse to store the goods so much. And now the question is, are these our problems? After all, there was an agreement, it was already possible for customers to bring the product that we want to purchase. There was only a fragile girl at the service, not a single man who would have brought a stove or a cauldron into the car if it hadn't been for my husband, I don't know what I would have done, since I was buying him a gift. The service was very long, I spent about an hour in total just to buy a stove, it was the only thing that was available. I spent time, money, and things didn't go according to plan that day! In general, I just want to warn you that the service expects to be the best!
