The electronic queue is not working. The speed of the operators is zero. There are an extra 2-3 hours, you can safely wait for your turn. There was a case, I had to send a registered letter, all the operators were working, 10 people were waiting in line, total = 10 people * 4 operators, goodbye to an hour of your time. Employees run after each other creating the effect of "artificial employment"

I liked that in this post office (Gogol Street d 34 in Ust-Kamenogorsk) there is a terminal where, when paying, the local address is indicated in the receipt (where you shop, pay). You can top up your bank card from Yandex.Money" , where you deposit currency in tenge and this tenge is automatically converted into rubles. Moreover, in the terminal, before depositing, it shows the current conversion rate, where it offers either to continue the operation or to refuse to continue the operation. And also, when the currency is deposited in tenge, it shows on the terminal screen how much it is in the currency in rubles, where it offers to re-either continue the operation or abandon the operation. As a result, the terminal issues a receipt, where it is exactly indicated (the amount deposited in tenge, the same amount of currency converted in rubles, a note on making the State Register / CC entered in the State Register of the Republic of Kazakhstan under No. 182 East Kazakhstan Regional Branch of Astana - Plat LLP/, the exact address * the place of the transaction at the address, where the terminal is installed, and this is Gogol Street d 34 in Ust-Kamenogorsk).
