In March 2024, an employee of Kazpost solved our issue for several hours (I'll skip the details). And everything worked out! It's a pity I didn't remember the name of this lovely woman, but I will always remember her with gratitude, because it was important for us to solve the problem.

Employees are slow, they perform one operation for half an hour, they are often absent from the workplace. Of the four windows, only one always works. No information can be obtained. This post office works disgusting.
