The Kazpost room itself leaves much to be desired, it is cold and uncomfortable, in order to find your parcel yourself, you need to dig through more than one deep box of dust, there is nowhere to put other parcels during the search for a parcel, and it's hard to breathe in a queue in a small room, Kazpost has never had order! The service staff is slow, their computer always slows down or specialists like hard of hearing!
