There is always a huge queue due to the poor organization of the process.
You can't buy stamps, paste them yourself, and drop a letter in the mailbox.
Employees put stamps on letters themselves, pack parcels, instead of letting people fill out papers or put things in a box and serve another customer at that time. Sending one email without notification takes 15 minutes at the window and 50 minutes in the queue.

The staff is polite. It's convenient, near the house, it's a pity that it works until 18:00. They would have extended it at least until 18-30. Otherwise, we don't have time to get home from work to pick up the parcel.
