It's a very decent hotel.
Attentive and courteous staff.
Delicious, varied breakfast (buffet), very nice breakfast restaurant.
We lived in 221 rooms, and we liked the layout.
The sleeping area is separated from the entrance and "living room" areas by a small wall, which creates a certain intimacy.
The wardrobe is a little tired, but not critical)
There are plenty of towels in the room for all parts of the body))
Nice, good-quality robes.
Excellent cosmetics for the shower.
Our room had both a bathtub and a shower cabin.
The water pressure is good.
In general, I recommend it with a clear conscience.
The only thing I would have lowered my star a little for was not taking out the trash after the first day of my stay.
As it is, it's fine.

Very nice hotel! By local standards, it's simply the best. Everything is somehow homey, starting with the staff, who are responsive and sincerely willing to help with any questions, and ending with the cuisine at a local restaurant (the breakfasts are simple, but very tasty and satisfying). The cleaning is good, but it could have been better, although the women really try very hard, apparently the local flavor plays a role. Yes, I guess he's in everything here and we need to take him into account, the atmosphere is like that))). And a couple of tips - do not leave your gloves on the dryer in skirum - on the second night, mine were gone (there are no complaints to the staff, this is a question for fellow tourists) do not take coffee in the lobby bar (preferably in the cafe "Lodge" there on the first floor of the hotel). The SPA is clean and decent - you can enjoy visiting it. Yes, about taxis and ski lifts - the lift is not far away - there are about 300 drams in a taxi. You order, specify that the skis are, do not count on a minivan, usually a small car arrives without a trunk, but the driver will stuff two or three pairs of skis into the cabin, do not worry.

The hotel is very nice, the staff is hospitable, the breakfasts are delicious and satisfying, the hotel is located on the central street, next to the Orbeli Brothers Museum house.
There are restaurants nearby that are very tasty. For meat lovers, I advise you to go to the Yasoman restaurant. It is located 100 meters away.
The hotel has a hammam, sauna, and spa treatments.
The cable car is 5 minutes away by taxi (Yandex taxi), the cost is 300-400 AMD (90-100 rubles).

Friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfasts. Thanks to Gohar, Armine, Hasmik and Arthur for the comfort. The weather was pleasant with snow, fresh mountain air, bowling, billiards and a SPA at the hotel.

Very convenient location, in the heart of the city and within walking distance to many places: a museum, a restaurant, a sauna, a monastery. It is convenient that when you arrive with your skis, you can take everything to the storage room, where your shoes will also dry. If you got a spacious room, that's good, alas, but the standard 2-bed rooms are very small. The only thing that didn't roll up is a natural freshly brewed delicious coffee for breakfast! But this is a problem not only in the hotel, but in the city in general.

A comfortable hotel with a modern interior in the very center. There is a ski storage and a shuttle service to the mountain. The breakfasts are hearty and varied. There is a tavern downstairs where you can enjoy Caucasian cuisine or just have lunch. The staff is attentive and always ready to help. We spent an unforgettable winter week here!

Wonderful hotel, rested in a deluxe room. The service is at a good level, the rooms are clean and inexpensive in rubles. There is a private transfer to the mountain, 2 restaurants on the ground floor. A good hotel, the best in Tsakhkadzor!

Very nice hotel, I recommend it!
There are no SPA facilities like a "Sauna with a swimming pool", there is only a gym and a massage room, but I was not upset about this.
And in general, I liked the wheelchair in Tsakhkadzor, the slopes are wide, there are few people - it is very comfortable.
And the attitude of the people is very hospitable - thank you!
A small recommendation for the hotel administration is to change the variety of hot (meat) dishes for breakfast at least once every three days. We noticed the changes only on the 7th day of our stay.
