We bought tiles in this store and I have never seen such a terrible service. A month ago, we ordered a tile that a warehouse employee gave to other customers. He wanted to quietly solve the problem with us and give it to us personally. But we couldn't get in touch with him for a week. When this problem was reported to the store, each employee replied that he did not know about it and would solve everything now. But a month has passed, and we still haven't received the tile. The store either does not respond to us, or feeds us with promises and nothing happens.
I have never seen the worst customer service and management. I ask the management to pay attention to what is happening in their store.
And, as I see it, we are not the only ones who had problems with this store.

After visiting the store, I climbed in to read the reviews. Because I liked the tiles, but some kind of questionable service.
The saleswoman is completely indifferent. As if she was unhappy that I went into the store at all. I thought it seemed, but judging by the rest of the reviews-no, it did not seem
I will add a review after the company's response: your salesperson is at work, but there was no one in the store, perhaps she was upset by my presence in the store. I don't see any other reasons. It would not be bad to leave your bad mood at home. Because it's because of him that I didn't buy a tile from you. And I went and bought 10p more expensive per square meter, but with an adequate attitude

I bought tiles in this store.The choice is good at affordable prices.The sellers are friendly.Everything was well explained, the project was drawn.Not all stores treat customers this way.I was very pleased.
