Of course, I agreed, and literally a week later I had my car with the right equipment and color. We also made additional payments within the stipulated time frame. The purchase was pleasant and without incident)) If you want your purchase to be pleasant, I recommend this car dealership and especially the manager Evgeny. The main difference between this car dealership and others in Donetsk is that the warranty service takes place in their car dealership. And you don't have to go to Rostov to do THAT.

Alexander Alexandrovich did not impose a car, did not follow on his heels, clearly gave time to think about everything, suggested where to look at the review of cars, did not even offer his phone number, did not bother with calls, like many managers! Two days later we bought a car in this salon that was available A competent, tactful, purposeful and most importantly specific manager, Alexander, told everything, answered all questions, consulted the service, of course there are not such polite and pleasant specialists (they do not even greet) I definitely recommend Alexander! 5 out of 5 A car dealership for a solid three. The management clearly does not follow him and most likely they are just trying to save as much as possible and invest in development

There is no UAZ warranty service.there were problems with the electrics.the car stood for 4 days and did not help in any way.the calls are answered, they say the master will call back, but this should not be.A request to talk to the management should be refused.as a result, they called and said the car was in disassembled condition, upon arrival at the service it turned out that the master was missing and the car was not engaged in everything was in its original condition.and in addition, during the parking in Klyuch avto Donetsk, the oil seal of the front axle leaked, which of course was not during the transfer!!!disgusting and neglectful attitude to their work.

The interior is good, the managers are on fire, but I can't change the oil at all, the masters don't know how to check the oil in the automatic box, they didn't check the candles, they were afraid to even look at the electric coupling of the rear axle, you can't change your consumables, etc. ROSTOV is better dissatisfied. oil is poured from barrels, in a conversation with the masters, I realized that they do not know the difference in front-wheel drive and full-wheel drive engines!!!!

This is not a car dealership, but a complete bottom!!! Managers are not competent in most matters, they can only sell noodles convincingly to fools. They can't tell you specifically about the car, when buying a car, there was probably 100 grams of gasoline in the tank so that the buyer could only start after the purchase and not leave!!! I came to sort it out, paid for those.the sink. They picked at something, not allowing me to the car so that I wouldn't see it, they sentenced my electrician, saying that she burned herself. As a result, my damage is more than 8000rubles for burned equipment. Not letting them near the car during the "repair", they argued this with the rules of the service. In accordance with Paragraph 31, Government Decree 290, I asked for a TB log, in which I was ready to sign, to allow me into the Remand zone, in response, the Manager refused and left.
