We often go to this KFS, but I've never liked anything. Sometimes the rush hour is very long, then the queues are long, and sometimes orders are prepared for 40-45 minutes. Today we also went and ordered through the terminal. It is so expensive now that it seems to me that it was in vain. In some places it can be hot and stuffy, in some it is very crowded. Although the order was delivered quickly, it is not particularly good. The chicken was semi-raw and dry. We also ordered fries with bytes with mustard sauce. There was no sauce at all, and the dish itself was just breaded and was also dry.
I don't particularly recommend going to this place, even if you live nearby.

Hello! You're standing in the dining room, the queue, the unpleasant smell of chicken fat. It is not comfortable, the building of the polyclinic interferes. French fries are not at all crispy, like raw ones. I was with my granddaughter, I didn't like it, the coffee is expensive. But, people stand and take mostly takeaways. Thank you.

It used to be good, now we have sunk to the bottom! We came for the legs, as usual by car. The cashier's window is no longer working. Orders are accepted and issued through 1 window. As a result, we drove around the building for 45 minutes to find out that there were no legs, and if there were, then cooking would be 40 minutes!!! We just lost an hour!

After the girl did not register, she did not answer clearly under her breath, I asked what she had told me. She replied that she only accepts cash and I have to go to the order counter to pay by qr. I was just walking away from the cashier's desk, so the same girl said, "Am I deaf or something?"
I came back and wanted to know why she was being so rude to me? And what kind of statements are they anyway?
So, knowing her mistake, she stood for 5 minutes allegedly doing something, then went behind the counter. Then I came.
I asked for an explanation and asked what her name was? So she said that she would not answer and that on the contrary, I insulted her.
How can you be such a young boor and so skillfully gate!
As a result, I didn't even place an order. And we left hungry and shocked by everything that was happening!

There was no sign that it wasn't working either.Although we saw that we were standing and choosing. We went to the cash register. The cashier started taking the order and half turned around and left. "Today Yandex reminded me that yesterday I visited KFC at Taulsyzdyk 18 by car. Unfortunately, the visit did not leave the most pleasant impressions.
At first, while I was waiting in the car, beggars and children selling on the street approached me. Before I could recover from this, I was faced with the fact that the order area was not functioning, and I had to spend about 40 minutes in line. In addition to this, one of the customers in the queue changed his mind about ordering, which is why we all had to move in a circle around the building to let him out.
The checkout process itself turned out to be a real challenge. Explaining to an employee that I needed two bags with two buckets was like explaining higher mathematics. Nevertheless, I have placed an order.
But when I got home, I found a surprise: I was given two pepsi and two bags of nuggets that I didn't order. Apparently, due to the rush and the pressing queue at the back, I did not notice this when I received the order.
As a result, the impressions were not the best — neither the quality of service, nor the speed of work, nor the quality of the food itself are not what they used to be. I do not recommend this place to visit."

One of the advantages is the location. The delivery is terrible. The food used to taste better. Very often they mess up with delivery. Either they take a long time, or they bring it the wrong way.
