I took the order with me to eat it at home and it turned out that none of the sauces that I chose were put in it and no sauce was put in it, as well as there was no tube. There was a Twister in the order and on this twister there were pieces of black burnt food smeared on the tortilla. So there were rustic potatoes in a box, which was packed vertically and all the food poured into a bag and smeared the rest of the order. Disgusting product quality and service 👎

There are always some problems with this point. Then they will not put part of the order, then without warning they will replace the legs with strips, which is not equivalent at all, then they will confuse the sharp with the original, and so on.

Perhaps the most comfortable restaurant in terms of atmosphere among all the KFC in Grodno. The hall is spacious. The staff communicates politely, does not torment with waiting. The establishment has its own bathroom. Disadvantages such as the periodicity of cool temperature food, inherent in many fast food restaurants, will not be reflected in the assessment. But I can find fault with the constantly crammed urns. Maybe I was so lucky (I visit the restaurant only in the evening), but every visit was overshadowed by this fact.

I accepted the order, went somewhere, does not respond to calls, runs out (as I understand the partner), with the words now we will do everything quickly (The request was originally to serve drinks before cooking). This cashier / cook returns almost in the back, picking or correcting something there, and to the kitchen, of COURSE, DO NOT WASH my hands, WE DO NOT NEED GLOVES EITHER!!!!!!!!!!!!! At the moment of the comments, we quickly run away, and again the partner will arrange everything now. OK. The manager Svetlana comes, there's all sorts of blah, blah, blah, but her words killed her: "According to the regulations, kitchen workers are not required to wear gloves"!!!!!!!
OK, while this is all happening, our employee returned, placed an order, picked at his ear, wiped the order, and put it on the delivery table!!!!
