The problem is with everything - staff, food, equipment. Plus only the location. It seems that there are always few employees, orders are collected and issued slowly. There are frequent problems with self-service terminals - checks are issued, they do not work or it is impossible to pay. Because of this, there may be a queue at the checkout and then it feels like there is only one employee in the entire restaurant who stands at the checkout, because no one issues orders at this time. The food is as lucky as you are - you will get there and it will be delicious, or you will come and get sluggish, laid down and cold French fries.

There are no advantages, and if there are, then the disadvantages have completely blocked them.
Next, about the disadvantages:
1) Donuts and many other custom desserts are almost the last day before the expiration date. It is simply impossible to eat them;
2) Coffee is just terrible and without looking at the ordered large amount of sugar, they didn't even bother to stir it, because the coffee tastes like there was no sugar in it at all;
3) The electronic scoreboard has not been working for a long time;
4) The staff absolutely does not follow what is happening in the hall. During my stay here, I came across the fact that some woman simply put her little child right on the table, which is extremely unhygienic, and the staff did not even make remarks to her and the table was not wiped after that. I would like to note that the sanitation here is also terrible - the tables are not handled with proper care, only crumbs are dumped on the floor with a rag, which again are not lifted.
On top of that, there was a man in the hall in a state of alcoholic intoxication, who simply fell asleep and disturbed the visitors with his snoring, but again - no one did anything about it.
5) There were also no tubes in the orders, and I will add that this was not one order.
6) The staff is quite rude and ill-mannered, speaks in raised tones.

I visited this institution in the evening, there were not many people. A manager named Nikita accepted my order, just a few positions. After waiting 13 minutes, I was wrapped with a cold burger and no less cold potatoes in a rustic way, the only thing from the order that turned out to be warm were cheese sticks. The hall is not cleaned, the tables are dirty, no one cleans the hall. I was disappointed to visit this place. I am well aware that this is fast food, but it does not fit into any framework.

Everything is sloppy, orders are not even packed properly, a crumpled open package is served, which stood the same way until we ourselves called the girl who came up with the question, what do you want? Then she just pushed this open package towards us. They don't give you checks! It tastes like rancid old butter. Disgusting. We're not coming here anymore. The feeling of visiting remained terrible! I took a combo with Sanders.(The composition is shown in the photo). As a result, Sanders is cold, I clarified at the checkout whether it should be like this, they replied that it was only a cold bun + the cutlet was terribly salty... They didn't give me a fork for the potatoes. And only 1 napkin was put in. In short, there are few delights from food.
As for the toilet, the smell is terrible right at the entrance, there is no soap at all, hand drying does not work.
There are a lot of dirty tables in the hall, no one cleans them.
