I made an order through the kiosk, and it was ready in 10 minutes. The burger was completely cold, I wanted to ask for a replacement, to which I received a story in response that the buns were used cold according to the standard, and not that the burger had actually been cooked 40 minutes ago and had been waiting in the wings for so long. The order was taken away, as a result, the order was issued "on the spot" with a tray, the order itself was formed incorrectly: there were not enough order items from the receipt, the potatoes were served scattered on the tray. In the burger, the meat is laid down and not tasty, the breading of the meat is not tasty, too, laid down and fried in old oil. My order was the second one. 2 potatoes, 2 Twister Junior. The wait is oh-oh-oh-very long. All orders after me (burgers, combos) were given before my order. The staff is either sleepy or lazy. While I am writing this review, we have given 2 more orders with combos (burgers, potatoes, ice cream), which were ordered after me!!!!! The final wait is 17 minutes.

It gets worse and worse with each visit!! I came with the children, made an order for 100+ rubles- :
-burgers, as if they had recently been defrosted.. barely warm
- French fries, the same!! And at the same time with black and green pieces!!
There are no, for example, words(. After all, your children sometimes have a snack... What should I think about, I wonder?!
I don't even want to talk about the toilet..
With not a lot of attendance, during the day .., there is nothing to breathe in the toilet, there is nowhere to step?!!!
Nothing changes!! It's terrible! With this arrangement, let McDonald's work non-stop.

Disgusting service. The order was placed on 12/16/21 at 20:48 - 2x "Basket Duet", 3x Sauce.
The queue passed me by, and at 21:05 I was informed that I would have to wait another "5 minutes", referring to the imminent closure of the restaurant. That is, employees are thinking about how to close as soon as possible, and not how to issue orders as quickly as possible. The chicken cooks for an average of 15 minutes. They gave out an order with grief in half at 21:17 and boiled French fries (yes, she just misted up waiting for the chicken) The total waiting time for the order was 30 minutes!!! And this is with a low workload. The staff at the issue is very polite, but such shoals leave a decent residue from visiting the cafe of this chain. And I also want to note with regard to all kfc restaurants - the taste of the same dishes is always different! In other similar networks, the recipe is always the same and the taste is the same! Alas, the dislike
P.S. The order was "with me". Upon arrival home, I found that 1 of the sauces was not the same, both baskets were SHARP (there was only 1 basket with SHARP LEGS in the order, the rest was not sharp), in one of the baskets, instead of 2 legs, they put a lot of salted dry and sharp strips!!! (the most disgusting thing that is only on the KFC menu - and such strips come across more often)
P.P.S. Teach your chefs to cook NORMAL strips, not this squalor!
