We came to see the fortress, then stopped for a snack at KFC. They ordered and paid through a self-service terminal. The order arrived at 12.17. Looking at the screen, we realized that later orders were already issued through the cashier, but ours was not. As a result, we received it in 20 minutes. The potatoes were cold, and we even asked to exchange the cheeseburger, it was icy. I think they would have already cooked a hodgepodge in the restaurant)))) And the chefs just laugh with each other and tell stories. We were not satisfied (((( We were together!!!!! We were passing through at 9 a.m., hungry, there were no people at all - we thought that everything would be fresh, now we'll eat... we ate. Potatoes without salt, deep-fried and do not smell like they were warmed up in the microwave and cold sluggish was given away. There are 1 nuggets for the whole cheeseburger and if it was just a mistake - no, the second one is exactly the same ... but at least they did not regret the sauce, it was not so sad to chew an empty bun 👍🏻

The hall was decorated for the Satanic holiday, the silhouette of the coffin was smeared with artificial blood, while not protecting it. I observe a case where a boy came up and smeared his hands with this blood. I got up to ask where my order was and accidentally smeared my coat, to which they replied "there is a warning", I tell the girl "there is no warning here" and asked to call the administrator, she came and said "there were no such cases before". Girls of 14 years old behave in a wild way. The management should pay attention to this contingent of visitors, our impression of the institution was not the best.

This is not a kfc , but some kind of eatery . The service speed is 3/5. The cashier punched 5 instead of the 4 cheeseburgers that I ordered. I did not check and was not used to making mistakes at the checkout , the cashier took the receipt when he issued the order , and there was no way to check. I also punched the wrong twister that I ordered , but I fixed it when ordering . As for the food itself, it's a pain for my receptors. The chicken in the cheeseburgers is terribly salty, the sauces are sour, disgusting. So much topping was added to the banana milkshake that the cheekbones were cramped from the acid. It was impossible to drink, I threw it away. There is more ice in lemonade than lemonade itself .I have never encountered this in Minsk, but here I have thrown away money and negative emotions. Except for the twister, it was delicious and moderately spicy. Chefs need to be explained and taught how not to spoil semi-finished products, I am very surprised that such a simple meal can be spoiled. I do not recommend anyone to come here

It seemed that everything was put down, but no... They spread it again for potatoes and sauces. There was an impression that they were cashing in on large orders. The waiting time is 30+ minutes. Disgusting service, we will not go any more and we do not advise you!
