We bought coffee at this establishment on 11.02. There were pieces of plastic in the coffee. There are many pieces, of different sizes. We wrote to them in support. As a result, we were told that the complaint had been forwarded to this particular institution.
We recently received the answer that the establishment made coffee and everything is fine and everything is working, especially the coffee machine. Issue resolution : "a free bun at your next visit." Thanks, but no need. I don't want to come to this place anymore. Because when I buy coffee, I want coffee, not plastic. It's a pity that I didn't take a video when the coffee was poured out and the plastic fell out. Although in their opinion, I probably had nothing to do, I decided to ruin the coffee by adding plastic to it and writing them a complaint.

The worst CFS I've been to
I made an order at the kiosk, after a couple of minutes the order was "ready", I
go to pick it up, but it turns out that the cashier accidentally pressed the "done" button and asked to wait a bit
, it happens, it's okay, but then the manager flies in, without understanding a bit, takes and removes my order from the board and starts yelling at the cashier, thus slowing down the process even more
and the funny thing is that he then tries to prove to me that my order has already been given haha)
I hope she gets fired, well, they shouldn't work in the service sector, in principle.

I ordered a Singer burger m and strips. And in this wonderful name, the advantages are over, the potatoes are very dry and cold. The burger was so dry, it felt like I was eating a bun with a cutlet, the cola was the only delicious one. The strips are just a nightmare, they're so over-dried or they've cooled down and they've been fried again that you start eating and they don't chew.
I used to always order food and it was delicious, now it's just a nightmare.

As a result, it turned out that you need to wait ANOTHER 15-20 minutes, their wings are defrosting, the lining has turned out. Is waiting an hour normal for KFC? There are different situations, I understand. If they had warned me right away, there would have been zero questions. The order was accepted, but they decided for me that I would wait as long as they needed - I don't understand this attitude. Very bad.

I bought two large cheeseburgers and a zinder burger, all cold! I asked for it to be redone because this is not the first time, to which the administrator with a funny face said that this is how it should be! To which I replied that it gets warmer from the delivery than at your place! As a result, they redid it and didn't add cucumbers to the singer burger, which follow the recipe, although there were cucumbers in the past that were cold! In general, this point is just a circus! It's just the most disgusting restaurant chain I've ever been to. The chicken in the longers seemed to be ready for a week, after which these pieces of concrete did not even bother to resuscitate and reheat, they just threw it as it is, naturally the chicken was a little softer than stone. The loaf is the same - neither fresh nor warmed. All the wrappers of all the dishes are smeared with fat. I often eat at other points of the network, I have never seen such a miracle anywhere....

There is no one at the checkout all the time, you have to wait 3 minutes until they notice you coming to the checkout. 23.10 at 16:00 they did not give change at 20kop, I understand that it may be difficult to find them, but they did not ask me not to look for change, not to pay with a card, they just silently did not give change and again ran away from the cash register. It is worth noting that some employees of this particular institution behave quite audaciously. For example, I ordered and paid (!!!) there was an order at the self-service terminal, and Madame at the checkout demanded to put on a mask, and when I said that I didn't have one, she refused to give me the order, in fact, as well as to refund the money for it.
I would still understand if I was making a takeaway order, but I'm not. Put on a mask, pick up the order, and after five meters sit down at a table and eat, you know that without a mask. Where is the logic???
Thank God, the President has now banned the masked mockery of people and the self-affirmation of individual citizens from the service sector to assert themselves using the covid environment.
