Two times in a row, instead of the original legs, they gave out sharp ones. When I brought it for the second time, the Director tried to prove that this is such a taste of batter sauce. She simply refused all my requests to try in an ultimatum form. At a raised voice from my side, she began to threaten me with calling the police. It was only after the second employee came up and confirmed that the batter was mixed up and the dish was really sharp through her teeth that she suggested that I replace it with strips or wait 20 minutes until they cook new ones. The employee did not have a badge, the employee was wearing a cook's uniform, when asked to introduce herself, she gave her last name and abbreviated initials, I absolutely do not understand why. After the third request, she dictated the phone number of Kristina's manager through her teeth. I should note that the manager apologized for her employees, but her daughter's birthday was already ruined. I ask you to take disciplinary measures and notify me in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus. I will also leave a complaint to the SES tomorrow to check the situation. I would not like the batter to be confused with rat poison next time, for example…

Disgusting service. I ordered a new Crispy singer with fried onions, got a burger with 2g of onions, it's literally almost gone. I asked the staff what is made without onions, this is the main ingredient of this burger, they told me that this is the standard. Is 2 pieces of onion standard? Unlikely.
