He takes orders at the checkout, then runs to cook. In the kitchen (after the cash register!) He's not wearing gloves, thanks for the mesh on his head. The hall has not been cleaned, the garbage cans are overflowing. It's not that there is no paper in the toilets, there are circles from the toilets lying on the floor. The sinks and taps are dirty. She even disdained to wash her hands. It feels like I didn't go to a cafe in the center, but to some God-forsaken pub on the outskirts of a disadvantaged area

As for the staff, there is an ambiguous opinion: sometimes they do it very quickly and clearly according to the order; and sometimes they can give another drink, or in general: the order was indicated on the spot, but given out in a package. There were rustic potatoes in the order, they threw us the usual one, although we paid more for the rustic one. Twister is a separate movie - a piece of dough spun with one piece of meat and a ton of mayonnaise. It's like they chewed half of it and put these wrappers in bags. The meat in the burgers is dry, as if you are gnawing on crackers, it is simply impossible to eat, but garbage bags have already been dragged around. There is only one kiosk for orders among 6. No one came up at the checkout, even after they asked. The order was expected for about half an hour. There is only one person working on the distribution. Apparently there are only 3 people per restaurant.
The tables are dirty, the bathroom considering that the entrance with the code is in disgusting condition.
On the veranda, even in the morning, the trays with orders are not removed.
It's a shame for such service.

I made an order with the expectation of buying what I needed at the checkout - I stood for 15 minutes after I received the order - they did not come to the checkout. With dissatisfied comments that we will not go to the checkout until we issue all orders. And orders, of course, are added with each person.

I came in a couple of days ago. The interior is empty, two orders are being prepared on the screen. They said from the doorway that the wait was 40 minutes, turned around and left. at lunchtime, which is given an hour to wait for 40 minutes, this is not a very cool prospect. today I went in again and waited 10 minutes for someone to come to the checkout, it's impossible to order through the terminal because only one of them works. A complete nightmare :)
