I ordered it through the app. I would like the French fries to be packaged separately, rather than together with the wings, so it would be more convenient to eat the dish. There were also no napkins in the order, perhaps they forgot to put them in. The delivery took about an hour. Separately, I would like to mention the moment with the replacement of the order. The "Frequently Asked Questions" section on the website states that you can change the order at any stage before the courier leaves the store. But when I called the call center with a request to replace the order, they told me that this could not be done, since the payment had already passed. It turns out to be a contradiction: the rules say one thing, but in fact everything is different.

I placed an order through the app on 08.01 at 16:20. At 16:35, the app showed that the order was ready, but upon arrival at the delivery desk, they told me to wait. As a result, I picked up the order only at 17:10 (almost an hour later), initially the order was lost and it began to be collected only after I had already started demanding a manager. Also, while I was waiting, a huge number of people came who complained about the incorrect assembly of the order. They either weren't informed of anything, or they were given something they hadn't ordered. In general, it's no longer a foot here.
