Today, 22.02.2025, we were walking in the capital and went to the KFS to eat. The service wants to be better with the promised 15 minutes, we waited for the order for 45 minutes. All this time we sat at a table and watched the staff. There was one person at the checkout and three girls in the kitchen. No more staff was visible. No one even wiped the tables. The tables were wiped by the customers themselves. And there was a lot of garbage in the bins. people who didn't clean it up had already left it on trays near the trash, there were also a lot of trays there wasn't even where to put them. Orders were confused or given out the wrong way, and the cheese burgers were not reported to us. I am very disappointed with this establishment in this place.

Cons:
- cold food
- potatoes with sauce and onions are, excuse me, a spit (also cold) for 3 bites, which fit into a burger box (the portion is disproportionately small)
- the twister is tasteless rather than spicy (2 pieces of chicken for the whole pita bread and a lot of cabbage with sauce)
I understand that a coupon is an option to attract visitors to an institution, but in such a case it is an unsuccessful trial option and unwillingness to return again

We visited this place the other day, and never set foot there again. We waited 20 minutes for an order of a drink, 6 nuggets, a cheeseburger and medium fries, despite the fact that there were 4 people including us. To the question "Why is it taking so long?" the response from the staff was "Well, we had to cook chicken nuggets, and we collect orders in turn." But does "in turn" = fry 6 nuggets in one order at a time, and fry the same 6 nuggets again in another? And the potatoes were hard, I asked "Why?", the answer killed me: "well, it just costs 30 minutes." When asked to redo, they said to pay 5.10 again. The cheeseburger is cold. There are only 2 employees for the entire restaurant. In general, we were "delighted" with this place. Thanks for the “DELICIOUS“ lunch
