If it were possible to give a minus five stars, then I would definitely do it. We came with our daughter on 03.02.2025, made an order, and waited decently. Oh well. The freshest of the whole order was cheese sticks, potatoes, juice and sauce. The wings were obviously not fried in front of us, but by the doctor or even yesterday. The strips are a separate topic-they looked like a rusty downpipe in color (the golden color was clearly not visible), i.e. if the oil in the deep-frying was changed, it was clearly during the reign of Tsar Peas. The hall is dirty, half of the tables are not cleaned and the staff clearly does not care about it. He finally killed the toilet, even if they tried to clean it........... or so it's called now, smearing everything into the corners is very professional. The ambergris in the toilet resembles a public toilet somewhere at a train station in the 90s, and you can probably argue.

I didn't wait for a big order for 30 minutes, they didn't immediately report the entire order, put a pie with a different filling, I had to go back and wait again. The work of the staff is very slow. There was one employee in the entire kitchen, many orders were waiting, all were not fulfilled. As a result, the second employee came and only then the order was given. Initially, the order was made by Ekaterina Dyakonchuk. It's very dirty everywhere, all the trash cans are overflowing, there's nowhere to throw the garbage after yourself!!!

In general, everything is fine. Much cheaper than in the newly minted Mac.Bye, there are good inexpensive combos, and the chickenburger is generally my favorite. I study nearby at the university in the second shift, here you can pass the windows. Of the minuses, it is cheaper in the burger king in the Crown across the street, the toilet is not very clean + a long wait for an order and it is cold indoors.

It's boiling over. The toilet can't be cleaned properly for a month, the floor is sticky, garbage is lying around, the mirror in the women's toilet is broken. But that's okay. I always add another portion of cheese to burgers. The last three times they consistently ignored it, but I politely approached and asked for a replacement. Probably the worst restaurant of this chain in the world that I have visited. Absolutely sleepy and not polite staff, everyone! They can do anything except quickly assemble an order. As a result, everything cooled down. Plus a rotten leg in a basket. Judging by the reviews, many are unhappy, but nothing is changing.

The staff is sleeping, slow, dirty, it takes a very long time to wait for an order. The girl who takes orders is in no mood at all. It feels like she's being forced to work. The most disgusting kfs in Minsk. We sat down at a table in the hall on sofas. But that's all half the trouble. The order included strips and chicken legs. The chicken legs were the most tasteless in my entire history of visiting kfs in various cities. Some kind of liquid was constantly dripping from the legs, either water or fat, but it didn't look like fat. The breading is not the same as usual, not at all crispy.
