On 10/25/2024 we held an event here - our daughter's first birthday. Initially, it was agreed with the administrator that we would have the entire hall on the ground floor at our disposal. The day before the event, the administrator notified us that the hall would be ours only from 16.00 to 20.00 and then they would seat ordinary visitors, when asked why there were other arrangements, the administrator replied that she did not tell us that the hall would be completely ours. OK. We agreed because there was a day left before the event and there was nowhere else to go.
On the day of the event, the tables began to be set only by the time the guests arrived, while ordinary visitors were in the hall, when asked why, the administrator said that they had come a long time ago and they
could not just kick them out. Then they turned off the lights for 40 minutes, saying that this was not their problem, but in the city, but at the same time their light was on on the second floor. After starting the generator, the light blinked, turned off and lit up again for another 30 minutes. Toastmaster and his team could not work on their antediluvian equipment, although initially the administrator assured that they had excellent equipment. I had to pay the toastmaster extra to bring his equipment. At 18.00, ordinary visitors began to enter the hall and sit down. When I asked the administrator why she did not adhere to the agreements, she could not answer anything intelligible and simply spat on all the early agreements and continued to plant ordinary visitors.
The waiters were like
