Restaurant is just average. Yes, dishes (not everything we tried) are mostly well done, but the service is just low. You should expect waitress to roll up eyes on you, long waiting for your dish, poor selection on breakfast menu. Until you place the order you will not be informed that something is not available today. Oatmeal with berries in Ginza project would mean you’ll only get one strawberry cut into tiny slices… no veggies at the breakfast. Restaurant staff will make sure they tell you that the place is not a part of the hotel and any discrepancy with the booking must be done by the guest. Overall experience at the restaurant is low. Yes, beautiful interior, yes, well known Ginza, but definitely this one is the shame staff wise and management.

The food quality is good and features a lot of interesting plays at Georgian cuisine.
However the seating arrangement is abhorrent. Unless you miraculously manage to score an outside table - you’re going to be pushed, shoved, enjoy stuff spilled on you and constantly have to scoot back to let people through.

What a cool place!!
Convenient access to the establishment, as the restaurant is located on the top floor of the hotel.
Beautiful and very aesthetic. A cool veranda with stunning views of the city and the mountains.
Very tasty cuisine! The grilled salmon was excellent)) My friends had delicious meat dishes, vegetable salads, and they liked fresh bread.
Pleasant service, but with a delay. This is something that I didn't really like. They even waited a long time for fresh fruit (apparently they went to collect grapefruit on the plantation)), and the dishes had time to cool down by the time they were brought. I want to throw everything at a large number of people, but there didn't seem to be a full landing.
But I liked the place and I don't want to take off the star for it.

Thank you very much to the entire restaurant team. Impeccable taste of the dishes and a very high level of service. We were at an Asian restaurant. Friendly staff, very talented chef. It is cozy, very comfortable and incredibly delicious. The best Asian cuisine we have tasted in Tbilisi. It feels like you are always welcome here. We will definitely come back.

Surprisingly, my impressions of visiting this restaurant completely coincided with the reviews of other visitors. It was the best restaurant in Tbilisi that I have ever visited.
I liked absolutely everything: the dishes, the service and the interior. Classic Georgian dishes were served with a modern accent, which immediately set this place apart from other restaurants in the city.
The courteous staff, quick cooking and the beautiful view from the terrace of Mtatsminda Mountain made this place unforgettable.

One of the best places in Tbilisi! Great view and very tasty cuisine. These are Georgian dishes in a modern design. I am delighted, despite the fact that it is difficult to surprise me with Georgian cuisine, since I grew up in Georgia and spend every summer here. Even the children were in gastronomic shock from khinkali and "sweets" (be sure to try this dish in the form of sweets with mushroom filling and truffle sauce and goat cheese). 🔥❤️

After reading all the negative reviews, I specifically went to check it out for myself.We were there on 30.10 in honor of the spouse's birthday.Alas, there was no place in the warm hall, they put us on the veranda!but!We were asked to agree or not and we agreed.At the same time, after the table was cleared, they asked to transfer us to the hall.Less than an hour has passed!!!We were transplanted.Guys, I recommend this place to you!The waiters there are just great!(it's like they're going through waiter school :)), food.....Meal….This is a masterpiece!Cocktails are a masterpiece.I haven't eaten or drunk such yummy food for a long time!It's easy!Take a second stomach with you, because you can't stop!
Cons: I slept very badly at night from gluttony, because I did not initially bring creon with me 😄

It's an amazing place. The restaurant is located on the roof, on warm days you can sit on the veranda, which overlooks the river and the entire old town. In the evening, cozy garlands are lit on the veranda, there are blankets. The setting is very romantic 🥰
The kitchen is 5/5, awesome wines, cool serving, incomparable flavor combinations. If you are here, be sure to try the "sweets" with mushrooms, get a gastronomic delight.

Khinkali is very hot, but the dough did not break.

The restaurant at the hotel is located on the roof, on the 7th floor (entrance through the hotel)! We were at breakfast, closer to 12, so we couldn't sit on the veranda and admire the view, we were unlucky with the weather, it was very hot. Russian Russian was met by a girl who spoke English, but understood Russian well, the waiter was Russian-speaking, the menu is also in Russian. The breakfast menu has a small selection of dishes, they waited for their dishes for a long time, the dishes taste ordinary, nothing special. One dish was mixed up. In general, the place was not very impressive, it is unlikely that we will return here again, but perhaps we were lucky with the time and weather.

A great place for gatherings. Cool staff, cheerful, sociable, sincere. Beautiful view of the evening Tbilisi. The wait for the dishes is short, the time flies by completely unnoticed, the food itself is delicious - yet this is Georgia :-)
The interior is pleasant, without unnecessary frills.
On request, blankets can be brought to the veranda - it happens very handy on cool autumn evenings.

An amazing hotel! The delight began already at the reception, where during the registration procedure you will be offered drinks and light snacks (churchkhela, very tasty meringue, fruits) these compliments are available 24 hours, which saved us after a walk when the restaurant was no longer open.
The room itself is a delight, spacious, the mattress gave a wonderful sleep, the bed linen is excellent! Premium cosmetics of a well-known brand, a powerful hair dryer, bathrobes, there is everything, you can take nothing with you, everything is thought out in the room to the smallest detail.
A separate compliment to the restaurant is that the breakfasts are sooo delicious and satisfying! In the evening, we enjoyed the view of the old town from the panoramic terrace of the restaurant. Bravo to the whole team, to the whole hotel, my recommendations to everyone!

A beautiful view restaurant with delicious food. The price tag is average. You need to book a table in the evening. And that is the probability
of remaining cold. The waiters speak Russian well. But the administrator basically spoke only English. We didn't visit the restaurant during rush hour. There were 1/3 tables available . Tellingly, the visitors at that time were exclusively Russian-speaking

We stayed at this hotel, respectively, had breakfast at this restaurant, liked it very much, came to dinner separately, everything is very tasty. There is a nice view terrace on the top floor with a view of the city and the river, it is over ! an open breakfast area, friendly young staff, always ready to respond to any request within the restaurant's capabilities.

The food is normal, but far from "haute cuisine".
But the most important thing is to control the work of your waiters! At night after closing (at 00:30-01:00) they "relax" on the veranda, listen to music and scream. And people live nearby in the residential complex.
The photo shows that there are only people in uniform "at the table" on the veranda. They even called the hotel with a request - but nothing changes!
If a restaurant does not control the work of its employees, what can you expect from this institution?!

A gorgeous view, a pretentious place, a passage through the hotel by elevator. Ginza's project, so if you are an avid lover of it, and you like the most ordinary, not peppery, not salty, not spicy lobio; if you like aldente kebab from an electric barbecue; if you are not afraid of khachapuri from St. Petersburg's signature combination of pears with gorgonzolla - you will definitely like it. I liked it in principle, you can forgive everything for the look, and also - special thanks to the friendly staff.

We celebrated a birthday, the view is certainly good, but the prices are VERY high.
And when we got to the track, we put the icos on the counter to take some photos.
When they returned, they found that there was no Icos.
After much investigation, it turned out that one waiter passing by picked him up and found him on the ground floor, behind the bar in the restaurant itself!
There was no explanation from the staff.
So keep an eye on things in this place.
In addition, absolutely all the dishes were cooked for a very very long time.
When they first opened, it was tastier and faster.
And the kebab and kebab were loaded into one plate.

We wanted to sit on the terrace, but we were escorted into a stuffy hall. The two of us were sitting at the smallest round table. It was very uncomfortable on this one. There is a menu in Russian. There was no Russian-speaking waiter, and how can I explain an item from the menu to him??? My son explained in English, but we needed advice, for example, what kind of dish and what was there, that's what we were deprived of. Then, when the waiter was clearing away the dishes, he dripped on my skirt from the plates and did not show it. Well, the table is round and does not completely cover me. They cook for a very long time, okay. But the break between meals is long. In short, the skirt and the mood are ruined. And the food seems to be normal. Expensive. I do not recommend it. I'll give you 1 star. If there were cons, then with a minus I would put not stars, but crosses.

A wonderful restaurant! Nice staff, delicious food. The most beautiful dishes! Prices are slightly above the city average. There are Interesting lemonades. Decent design of the restaurant on the 7th floor of the hotel. It can be cool and windy to sit on the terrace. We went there for a mini khinkali with fish in tom yam sauce! Burrata cheese is delicious. Meringue dessert is the most delicate. The dish with veal contained 300-400 grams of only the softest meat. A must-visit in Tbilisi!

I give 1 star for the service that spoils the whole impression. You are greeted in Russian at the entrance to the hotel, and at the reception too. Russian Russian is on the menu in the restaurant, and the waiters speak Russian. BUT the hostess girl (brunette) in the restaurant shamelessly answered all our questions in English. That is, she understood what we were asking, but basically did not answer in Russian. We don't mind speaking English either, no problem. But what is the essence of your concept when you position yourself as a Russian-speaking service at all stages of service (which is normal for the Russian company Ginza), but at the same time, make guests feel like idiots?! As a result, there were at least 3 free tables in the restaurant, which, by the way, no one occupied until the end of the day, but the hostess told us — "we are full" and left. Thanks to the receptionist, she noticed us and offered us a free table.

I was surprised that contrary to popular belief, not everywhere is delicious food in Georgia! A fact!
But in this Ginza four-star hotel, on the 7th floor, the Restaurant offers mind-blowing dishes 😁
The view is decent , the food is wonderful . Staff.. - in the restaurant , it is neutral to Russians , in the hotel it is friendly .
I will write about the hotel separately - it is also a delight

We went here several times for breakfast and a couple of times for dinner, during the week of vacation.
The service is very good.
The place is beautiful, The dishes are delicious and varied.
From a conditional minus - some dishes are served in a large portion, some in a regular one.
Everyone was satisfied.

It's a terrible restaurant.
An obvious negative attitude towards Russians. They do not approach the tables, and they deliberately ignore them, even when they see a guest with his hand raised. The rest of the non-Russian guests were served promptly.
The salad was served with rotten tomatoes, when I pointed this out to the waitress, she grinned contentedly and said sorry. The salad was left on the bill.
After such dinners, I absolutely do not want to ever return to Georgia.

The hotel has a pleasant modern interior. Great attention to the little things that significantly affect the final impression: high-quality cosmetics, a washcloth. The bed is comfortable for sleeping. The restaurant is on the 7th floor with excellent cuisine. Free underground parking for hotel guests. I'll be back again.
