I gave away 3 jackets and coats a month ago (my winter and autumn ones, my daughter's winter one). I took it in due time, gave an armful of all three things, looked, selectively, at my daughter's jacket - everything is OK. It got colder, I put on my winter clothes in a hurry. I'm driving in the car, wrapped up, happy, and warm. His gaze fell on the sleeve. DIRTY! She began to inspect everything. The jacket wasn't cleaned at all! They didn't even attach a tag. Okay, if I'd seen it at home, I wouldn't have put it on, I'd have gone to another one. And so I had to spend the day in a dirty one. All the mood is gone.

I handed over the jacket, it was already cleaned by the same dry cleaner last year and then it was cleaned very well. I passed it this year and it was cleaned badly. I sent it back to them, in the end they promised to re-clean it, but in the end they didn't do anything with it. If when the jacket came from them it even smelled of dry cleaning products, then after their repeated work the jacket returned in the same form and did not even smell of dry cleaning .

I gave a new black velour Massimo Dutti jacket to the dry cleaner (reception point at DunaMall) for regular cleaning, rather to refresh the thing more. The jacket was returned in terrible condition, the seams and indentations spread out - they look like huge puffs all over the jacket, the coating was burned - the jacket became "rough" and traces of the steamer are visible on the fabric, the color began to turn green in places.
It can be seen from the jacket that an overly aggressive cleaning/processing method was used. With all this, the jacket smells "stale". They did not give any comments at the pick-up point, they told me to go to the technologist directly at Melnikaite, they did not return the money for dry cleaning.
The jacket is in the trash, the mood is ruined.
I absolutely do not recommend giving your things here if you expect professional cleaning.

Good service. We came and there was time for a break. We helped. Interestingly, the service cost more, but the specialist saw that she would not be able to provide full quality in such conditions, and I brought a jacket for ironing by steam, they said that only after dry cleaning can you achieve full results and the jacket is new. In short, I paid half the price of the tariff. I appreciated it as a responsible approach. I like people who are responsible about their own business.

I do not recommend it to anyone, since they cannot be trusted with anything except "quilted jackets", since they disclaim responsibility for all other things, warning that they may return rags instead of what you handed over to them. And why do you need such beautiful things then, the point is to give you things?
