Beat the fittings on a brand new expensive down jacket! And also in old Italian, which I washed for years in the Russian Federation and everything was OK.
We cleaned it for a long time, 2 weeks, and the down jacket was not washed in three places, so I gave it to be cleaned... I pray for the "remnants" of the fittings.
I agree with the reviews about the lack of customer orientation, they argued and said that the buttons would be ruined at any dry cleaning, but this is not the case.
People, ask before the dry cleaning about the way to protect the fittings, gauze is not suitable for iron!

The story of how my white suit from a Belarusian designer brand for 600 rubles was completely ruined by this dry cleaning
On Sunday, 11.08. I gave the suit with a request to remove the black spots from the trousers and clean the jacket, since there were yellow spots on the sleeves from socks. I was promised that the costume would be made by Thursday 15.08 and at the same time I listened to the fact that I was not spending money rationally on expensive things (apparently after that there was a desire to spoil expensive things)
I came to pick up my things on Friday 16.08. A day later than promised, to which the administrators tried for a long time to find my suit, and when they found it, they said that it was not ready and sent for "recycling". And for some reason they decided to show it to me. When I saw my costume, which before was just with small dot spots, and now it has become covered in gray-purple streaks, to say that I was shocked is to say nothing.
The receptionist even agreed that the costume was ruined by them. I wrote a complaint and dialed the director, the director was calm and indifferent and he was quoted as saying "nothing to say." In addition, he will send the item for examination and if the examination decides that the suit is damaged due to the fault of the dry cleaner, then perhaps I will be reimbursed.
I am attaching a photo of the costume.
Moral: do not give things to dubious dry cleaners. And dry cleaners do not take on things if you know that you do not know how to work with white clothes.
I wish the dry cleaners a speedy closure before they ruin things, and most importantly the nerves of other people.
Also, dear dry cleaning management, wait for the proceedings and inspections if you do not return the money for the suit!

The level of service in this dry cleaner is about zero. We handed over the curtain, cleaned it for 10 (!!!) Days! When the curtain was taken away, it turned out that it was all dirty at the bottom, as if it had even become worse than it originally was. To the question that the quality does not suit us, there was an absolutely boorish answer that "it happens", "as it is, so it is" and we will not do anything, your problems. It is very surprising that with such a level of competition, there are still such non-client-oriented organizations that, in addition to being unable to perform high-quality work, do not admit their mistakes. Among other things, after their dry cleaning, there were puffs on the curtain, which were not there initially.

It is very sad that in Belarus they do not know how to clean the lining of a leather jacket, but offer to throw the jacket into a drum with chemicals entirely, so that scuffs appear on the skin later, and then offer to dye the skin so that the scuffs are not visible. They offer to ruin a leather jacket for 30 rubles. Learn the mat. the part on the Internet, how to clean the lining of a leather jacket, is already the 21st century after all.
