It's a great place. Delicious khinkali. The dough is thin and there is a lot of filling. A variety of drinks. Excellent staff. I liked. The prices are reasonable. There are a lot of visitors, but there was a table for me.

I am very disappointed and shocked, for the first time in Lugansk, I know Georgians and Georgian, I made trips to Batumi and Tbilisi, and I was very happy when I saw Georgian cuisine in Lugansk, but alas, it simply did not work out to order food, there was cash, delivery required a full surcharge and-for the fact that this is a hotel, that I can not pick up the order, for all the arguments that I am hungry and the bus driver, did not lead to anything, they just sent, and hung up, on the second call, said that the hotel administrator was responsible for the order, he just heard that I was hard of hearing, I was shocked, I did not expect, there is very little time, otherwise I would have gone down and talked, maybe the food is delicious in this restonan, but this is not the service of a Georgian restaurant, honestly disappointed! You don't have to row everyone under the same comb!!!!!!!!!!!!! A note for the restaurant owner!!!!

We ordered delivery on Thursday evening, we needed some food and were ready to pay for delivery, but order less, to which they replied that there was no paid delivery and they would deliver only from 1500, but for God's sake.
We ordered khinkali, quail and salad with shrimp and salmon. The quail was raw inside, pink, and it was impossible to tear off the meat (which also indicates unavailability). Accordingly, for emissions, health is more expensive. The salad order was accompanied by the words from the manager, "you made an excellent choice." Apparently, it is excellent for the institution itself, because the salad leaf was spoiled, which led to the taste of "missing" and shrimp with salmon. Khinkali were normal, there are no complaints, ordinary khinkali without features, but delicious. We arrived warm. Hence the extra asterisk.

A very big disappointment, unfortunately. We've been coming here for 5 years to have a snack, celebrate a birthday, an anniversary, and often made a delivery order. Always delicious, affordable prices, pleasant staff. It was, without exaggeration, my favorite place in Lugansk. Until yesterday. Prices have skyrocketed a long time ago, this is a separate issue. Only, unfortunately, with the increase in prices, the quality of service did not become higher, but on the contrary fell. Tasteless caesar, consisting of 60 percent bitter lettuce leaves, a rubber kebab made from an unclear part of pork (if it's still a neck, I can't imagine what had to be done with it), a terribly spicy lagman (which is not warned anywhere) and a lot more that is not worth the money. Alcohol is so expensive that a couple of bottles of wine and one bottle of regular vodka came out in almost half of the receipt. I was very embarrassed in front of my family that I invited them to my favorite place for their birthday, after enthusiastically telling them how delicious it would be. And as a result, watch how grandmothers forcefully eat spicy lagman and cannot chew the sole, which is called a barbecue. We left 700 rubles more than was in the receipt, specifying that we did not need change, but we were still forced to pay one hundred rubles separately for a couple of containers to take food with us. It's just ridiculous. :I don't know what happened to them - the chefs changed or their thirst for money ruined everything, but I don't set foot there anymore. Very sorry.

Hi everybody. Until 2014, the institution was in the top of the best. For today, I recommend only Khinkali here. I ordered quail , serving both onions and quail in the dining room. In general, I was not thrilled, Three weeks later I came back to the khinkal number 18 - rating, and thought that there would be changes for the better. We ordered a salad and 200 ml whiskey to eat. And a coke. The coke was brought locally bottled. It's just rubbish.

It's delicious, that's where the advantages end... Terrible attitude towards visitors!!! When we accepted the order, we were not told that it would take more than an hour to wait for the usual Khinkali... Half an hour after the order, they asked how much longer to wait... We were answered in 30 minutes.... 40 minutes have passed, we ask again how long to wait.... They said 4 minutes... As a result, we waited even more than 15 minutes... I don't remember cooking for so long.... Or at least they warned me that I would have to wait a long time for the order... If you are ready to wait for hours for your order, then you can go in... The food is delicious...

I liked the second floor more than the first (we were there 2 times).
The cuisine is excellent, delicious.
The interior is not clear what it is styled for, either Georgia, or some kind of ship...
The service was again on the second floor, they waited 20 minutes on the first floor, and before that they forgot to bring me the strudel, I had to remind them, the ice cream was frozen.

We were at Khinkalnaya No. 1 on 05/11/2024. The staff is polite, the interior is pleasant. That's where the advantages ended. We ordered a neck kebab, sliced vegetables, khachapuri megruli. Objectively, the kebab is inedible. Hard, definitely not a neck, I think it's not fried now (maybe yesterday's) and overcooked into coals. They barely overcame a piece, they did not finish eating. Khachapuri is decent, the vegetables are fresh. I do not recommend ordering a barbecue in this place. After submitting it, we looked at the reviews and realized that this was not an isolated case.

We ordered Pirosmani wine, white, semi-dry. This wine is served chilled, they brought us a very warm one. They explained that they did not have enough refrigerators to cool the wine, and offered ice. I had to drink compote for 1,750 rubles.

We were in Lugansk and made an appointment with friends in Khinkalnaya . Friends highly recommended it . Everything was occupied on the ground floor, we went downstairs. It 's dark below , the menu is not visible . The music was playing loudly , although they asked the waiter to turn down the volume . We ordered several types of khinkali , waited sooo long . Probably an hour for sure , my son managed to eat salad , potatoes from the cradle , and we were all waiting . As a result , the khinkali were not very dry inside , and were worn first 3 then 2 . Like right when cooking , they broke . We won 't go a second time . Although the local guys highly recommended and were themselves shocked by the delay

Meat dishes of questionable quality (meat is not the first freshness), minimal service (the waiter is not involved in the process, they have no time, because they are in dialogue with each other all the time), I do not recommend khinkali for obvious reasons! The tables are not set, there is no tablecloth or napkins under the plates. The waitress is nervous and boorish. Khinkali is so-so, you can eat it, but there is no explosion of taste, they are dry.
