It's a very cozy place. Everything is clean and atmospheric. Pleasant music and excellent menu. Absolutely all the dishes were perfectly cooked. Special thanks, I would like to say to the waiter Matvey, who "led" our table as professionally as possible. After tactfully warning about the waiting time, he took maximum care of the customers. He also reacted with pleasant understanding to the request for a birthday cake. I highly recommend this place if you want to have a great time and have a delicious meal)

It was sooo delicious. The Khinkalnya stands out strikingly from the rest of the establishments. We took assorted khinkali, khinkali with cheese and a children's menu. Everything tastes great: khinkali with beef, mushrooms, cheese. But the biggest surprise was the khinkali with mutton. It's no secret that mutton needs to be able to cook, and the cook managed to do it in the best way! The service is also very attentive. We will definitely come back here for dinner.

We got into the two portions for the price of one promotion, a pleasant surprise. There were fears that we would have to take it with us, but we managed. The theme music and the interior match everything.

So: a pre-order was made, 100% prepayment was made. Bottom line: my colleagues and I arrived on time, two salads arrived in 15 minutes, but the hot dishes (which should have been ready for our arrival) were carried for about an hour. And some kind of burger and 40 minutes later.
Separately, about the cuisine, well, according to a survey of colleagues, the barbecue and khachapuri in Adjarian style, satsebeli sauce were delicious. Everything else is just a nightmare: grilled vegetables floating in oil (this is a grill, not a deep fryer!! They should not drip oil!), ajapsandali is also all in oil, dolma is a thimble of meat wrapped in two hundred salty grape leaves, a burger is also all in oil (the bottom bun is literally wet with oil).
In general, the impression is terrible. Why was there anything to prepay and order?
And yes, we had an idea about dessert, but after waiting for the hot one, we just wanted to leave as soon as possible.
I can't say anything bad about the waiter, the pleasant interior, the music doesn't rumble (which is great), but I won't set foot in this place anymore.
And having visited Georgia, I can say that this establishment has nothing to do with their hospitality and cuisine.

A great Georgian restaurant.
Murals on the walls, furniture, lamps and many other details immerse you in the fabulous atmosphere of Georgia.
The menu is concise and the prices are normal.
The staff is polite and courteous. We ordered a takeaway and got a 20% discount. Other promotions are also being held.
Everything is hot and sooooo delicious.
Next to M.Academy of Sciences and M.Chelyuskintsev Park, as well as public ground transport stops.

I go to different places with my family and friends...but we haven't been served for so long...the drinks were carried for 30 minutes or even longer
It is difficult to judge by the cuisine, but khinkali in the cafe "Batumi" is tastier and in Brest on Gogol Street 40 (also Khinkalnya) too ...
The prices are just crazy...especially for drinks, I have never seen such margins anywhere else...

Great location in the city center. The prices are restaurant prices, the food is delicious, the portions are normal, the drinks are delicious. We were on the summer veranda in July 2024. I don't know, maybe there's a gym in the room, but in the summer, in the heat, it's very nice to have dinner outside. They work as fast as possible in high season.

We celebrated the chef's birthday. Very tasty cuisine, pleasant and unobtrusive service. I was especially pleased with the QUIET background music. Very often, catering establishments sin against this and you have to "shout" all evening so that your interlocutors can hear you, but here everything turned out perfectly and I was pleasantly surprised.
Of the disadvantages, I can note the holding of 2 holidays in one room, it was noisy.
Conclusion: I can safely recommend khinkalnya to visit.

I come here often and always left in a good mood (good service and delicious food)
But today (16.07) I was in shock. We ordered food and drinks for 7 people, drinks were not carried for 25 minutes. To my question: "Why is it taking so long?" (of the drinks we had : one glass of wine, 2 kvass and 4 glasses of beer), the administrator replied to me: "Well, actually, we have one waiter who accepts, punches and makes drinks himself. And in general, we always have a pre-order for such a number of people (7 people)." I came across this for the first time, we ordered 2 of the most common dishes and drinks that were not at all difficult to prepare. It would be very interesting if we also ordered drinks for pre-order, given that we had no complaints about the cooking time. There was also a very interesting moment when most of those who completely ate their dishes clarified how they were cooked and whether they liked everything, and when the raw wings from the promo remained on the plate, no one even asked why the guest did not finish and whether he liked it.
Smile more often and be more polite, each guest can understand the situation, but if you explain it to him, and not dodge and be rude.
As I understand it, it is better for companies with more than 4 people not to go, since pre-orders need to be made even for drinks

The whole family had agreed in advance that we would come to lunch on the veranda. When we arrived and sat down, the receptionist politely and persistently, with passive aggression, escorted us out into the hall. The reason: it is raining, at this time it is inconvenient for waiters to carry dishes to the summer veranda, raindrops will fall.
Really? There are at most 5 steps from the exit with a canopy to the entrance to the veranda. Well, as a last resort, you can go out with an umbrella and a colleague, although we did not see the need. When we said the rain would stop soon, she said it was forecast to rain until evening. Spoiler: after 20 minutes, the avenue was illuminated by the rays of the sun for a long time. We flatly refused to go out and she decided to serve us, for which, of course, thanks to her.)
She also kicked out all new guests from the veranda, there were no seats in the hall, of course. Situation: dozens of people are running from the rain in the hope of taking shelter in an institution with a warm atmosphere and a glazed veranda with a roof, but they are driven back into the rain. Couples with children are running, not knowing where, smart old men, grandmothers in shawls. We were impressed.
The food was brought to us for exactly an hour, apparently this is the payment for a place on the veranda.)
There are no questions about the food, the waiter is polite, but we still did not understand the logic...

When we entered the room , they showed us an empty table and we took it .
We ordered khinkali with beef and herbs , khinkali with lamb , cheese soup with khinkali , and a spicy meat pie . All the dishes were brought in 30-35 minutes later .
Khinkali for three , the dough is delicious , but I didn 't really like the meat inside .
Cheese soup is generally strange , I didn 't like it .
The spicy meat pie ( I don 't remember the name ) was delicious .

In general, the restaurant is good, cozy inside, not loud, as in other Khinkalni. The menu is standard for Khinkalni.
I take away one star for a long wait. The order was prepared for more than 45-50 minutes. And this is on a weekday evening.
While waiting, a couple managed to come to the next table, order dishes for themselves, wait for them and eat. And I was sitting and waiting for my order, even though it was made earlier.
It would be nice if the waiter warned in advance. But, apparently, he himself did not know that this would happen. According to him, the restaurant has just opened and not all processes have been adjusted yet.
The main thing was that it was delicious and the waiter was friendly and pleasant 😊👍

I was completely disenchanted with the last visit. The service was slow, the waiter did not pay attention for a long time, although there were not very many people. But food is just a hotel conversation. The cooler looked like dyed water, the potatoes that were served to it were with sand or earth that gritted on their teeth. Khinkali was brought cold. If you could also eat with mushrooms, then it was just disgusting with meat.
Separately, I would like to note the cleanliness of the restrooms. The toilet is littered with paper, the trash cans are full, the floor is sticky, the smell is not pleasant. Although according to the schedule on the wall, cleaning was carried out no more than an hour ago. In general, I remained enchanted, although I really like the grid itself.
