Yesterday we visited khinkalnya in a company of 6 people.They ordered sets of khinkali and pie, they didn't like khinkali, there was an incomprehensible substance called meat inside.By nightfall, two people had problems with an upset stomach and in the morning the rest had children with us and they too.We won't be going to this place anymore!!!

The interior is good, the food is delicious. But, the terrible attitude of the restaurant administration, they said on the phone there was no reservation of tables, the seating is on a first-come, first-served basis, and in the hall the tables are on armor. As the staff explained, this is for acquaintances and friends, the privileged. Not for you!
It sounded very unpleasant, there was a desire not to go to this restaurant anymore and to advise others the same thing.
Give other customers the opportunity to make table reservations too, as you do for your friends!
Change the attitude towards the guests!
And you will want to come again!

the first thing I want to note is the cleanliness and work of the staff: they are polite and kind, they told me everything and suggested how to eat properly. for the food - a separate place in paradise, everything was so delicious that even the well-fed really want to continue. (and also thanks for the toilet pads!) I highly recommend it!

The wait for khinkali dragged on for 1 hour and 30 minutes!!!! The waitress walked around the hall like a blessed one, just walked in and out of the kitchen empty-handed. When asked why there are no dishes for so long, she replied, "oh, there's such a blockage there, and the cook has a son," in general, there is a touch of provinciality))) When we expressed our concern, the service became rougher, the waitress almost threw the plates on the table when she lifted the plates. The first and last time is here. Let's see how long the establishment will last.

We ordered three soups, a set of khinkali, khachapuri... and fruit drinks.
When asked how long to wait for an order, the waiter replied that soups would be brought immediately and khinkali for about half an hour.
As a result, after 10 minutes cranberry juice was brought (tasteless, diluted with water), after another 10 minutes they brought us the sauce, which we looked at dejectedly for another half hour until soups and a flatbread were brought to us. An hour and a half after placing an order at the next table, people (they came half an hour later than us) made a scandal and they were given our set of 7 khinkali so that they would not be outraged. Unable to stand it, we refused the khinkali and asked for the bill. The waiters were worried and brought us 4 khinkali instead of 7, saying eat at least something, and then we'll bring you more. We took it and left. We do not recommend it.

Raw khachapuri in Adjarian style. But by the half of the harapuri, when it was frozen, I was convinced that it was raw in the sides. I couldn't finish my meal. By the time the calculation was made, Alexandra announced to the waiter, as he asked, her comments on the dish, and showed them clearly. He redirected to the administrator. During my speech and visual demonstration of the problem, he simply replied "sorry, okay, we'll fix it" and handed over the payment terminal. To be honest, I came to you for a lunch break during work and I didn't have time to start a showdown. For the good in such cases, a cook is invited, who must see for himself that his product is unsuitable for eating (raw) and the guest does not pay for nonconditioning. The administrator did not act correctly.

The tempering of khachapuri in Megrelian, with a light load, was waited for at least 20 minutes, what was brought to me defies any criticism, there was a dry cake on the plate, which does not even reach the smudge from the school cafeteria.
I regularly went to Khinkalni in Minsk, I did not meet such a person.
Send the cook for certification.

I have been waiting for the opening of the khinkalni for a very long time.I came in the evening, stomped at the entrance, the waiters were running, there was no smell of the administrator. After about 5 minutes, a crowd of people came after me, they tried to seat everyone somewhere, I remained standing.👍so they also delete reviews. It is clear that it takes time to set up work, but customer orientation should be initially.Before opening an institution, train the staff to work!

We really wanted to visit this institution.
Upon arrival, we were met by a waiter. They asked if there were any empty seats, the girl said that they would now clear the table and put me down. After waiting for about 7 minutes , the waitress came up to me and told me to come in an hour , because there were no more places .
I do not exclude the possibility that you may have remembered about the table reservation.
BUT WHILE THEY WERE WAITING for a table, 2-3 more couples came into the establishment.
