Our favorite khinkalnya. The cheese soup is beyond praise, as is the fish pie. I don't eat khinkali, but my husband loves it, orders all kinds. Khachapuri is great, if the menu indicates that the dish will be spicy, it will really be spicy (for a jalapeno lover, it's spicy there). Sometimes you wait a long time for the waiter to pay, the wait for serving is about 30 minutes. We go often, there is a shift that always burns slightly or does not finish the dishes, the other one does it perfectly. Overall, it is better than in other places.

We visited the Khinkalnya on M.Mil str., 4 for the spouse's birthday. We remained well-fed and satisfied. Some of the most delicious, juicy khinkali in Minsk are prepared here. I haven't eaten these for a long time! The staff is wonderful, the service is top-notch, everything is clean and tidy. Many thanks to the chefs for the most delicious dishes that we tasted that day. Pomegranate juice is a bomb! We got to the action, where there was a 50% discount on payment for khinkali! I was there on Sunday afternoon. A third of the tables are empty, there were 3 waiters and a receptionist in the hall. No one had any stormy celebrations there. They warned about the waiting time for khinkali 40 minutes. The norm. We took another one to make it faster. After the meal, we ordered coffee and dessert and the bill immediately, so as not to look for a waiter. While they were waiting for coffee // it's not khinkali and the bartender is cooking, not the cook // at the next table, people didn't wait for the waiter for 10 minutes with the menu and just left after another 5 minutes and went to look for at least someone. We were told they didn't have time, and for another 5-6 minutes after that we waited for them to count us without coffee.... In other Khinkalni, they handled it faster and clearer, even with heavy workload. So thanks, but no thanks. There are no questions about the food as always

Everything was just great! Fast, tasty, excellent service. The only drawback is the lack of blinds (perhaps this will be corrected in the future), the sun was very bright in the evening and it was stuffy.
But our waiter Nikita noticed it in time and silently left and turned on the air conditioner more efficiently (my mother already told me that)). Thanks to him for this and for the smiling and humorous service) the girls were also very nice, they came up on time and cleaned the plates / napkins.

I fell in love with this place because of the menu, interior and prices. Delicious dishes, pleasant prices, friendly staff. I really like homemade wine, light and pleasant, although they laughed because of its transparency, like water in a glass. I haven't tried Khinkali here, all the people from our company have a "low opinion" of them. But Ojahuri is beyond praise. The drinks of our own production are delicious. The service is excellent, the atmosphere is pleasant. The prices are reasonable. You can go a couple of times, but khinkali is not their strong suit

We visited this place on July 3, there were few people, but the wait was eternal. All the food except the refrigerator was delicious, no questions asked. But the service and the establishment itself leave much to be desired. The air conditioners are located in such a way that it blows very strongly in every corner of the institution, you can't hide from it, but it's impossible without it, because the institution has panoramic windows without any curtains and darkening, it turns out a greenhouse. And there are not even umbrellas on the summer terrace to hide from the rain/sun.
The waiter at the almost empty establishment did not approach us for ages. When trying to place an order, it turned out that half of the desired positions simply do not exist.
We were warned that the wait would be about 30-40 minutes, okay. We're waiting. And the first thing they bring is dessert... okay, sometimes they asked to bring it after all the dishes. Then they bring khinkali, they voice it, but these are not ours. The girl threw something like "well, this is not your table" and left. I came back with the right ones. I eat my own and realize that khinkali, which should have been with beef, has tasteless cheese.
Maybe it just wasn't their day, but we won't go to this place anymore.

I recently visited a khinkalnya with friends and was completely delighted! The atmosphere of the place is simply unique — cozy, warm and friendly. The menu was pleased with the variety of dishes of Georgian cuisine, especially the Khinkali were simply magnificent.
But what struck me the most was the staff and the receptionist, who showed a high level of service and hospitality.

We were in the evening on a weekday, the tables were free in the hall. We ordered khachapuri in Ajarian, khinkali and ajapsandal and local compotes. We were satisfied. This is the second and most likely the last time I visit this place. The first time was almost immediately after the opening (probably in connection with this, I gave this institution a second chance) when they came for the first time, I asked for the sequence of serving dishes, because I was not alone. but probably listening to the guests is not very accepted here. As a result, after 40 minutes, they brought everything to my husband at once!!!!! (Hot appetizer, salad and hot dishes) and I waited another 10 minutes for my salad and khinkali. But I want to share today's customer-oriented service. My husband and I came to dinner after work (naturally very hungry) and ordered khinkali, khachapuri and two hot ones. As a result, khachapuri was served 45 minutes later!!!!!! (Although serving the first course should not take more than 25 minutes from the moment of ordering according to service standards) And again, the situation, the food was brought to my husband, and I can't wait 45 minutes for khinkali in khinkalna) I decided to remind myself, they asked me to wait another 10!!!! Minutes. Allegedly, the meat was cooked for a very long time (without comment), after 15 minutes hot dishes were brought, the dolma was dry, as if it had been warmed in the microwave, the potatoes were raw (of course we did not eat it) and after another 5-7 minutes, my 4 khinkali were finally cooked. It's just a nightmare! There is no culture of serving dishes and attempts to regulate the situation! I also want to note that the employees go out to the hall only to accept the order, take out the order and calculate the guest, the rest of the time they are just not in the hall, but in the office room from the doors of which they greet the guest (of course, if they notice) . I have never seen worse service and customer orientation.

Disgusting service and attitude towards the guests!
We visited this place on 08/21/2024, the menu was brought in 7-10 minutes, then the waiter, passing by us several times, decided that it was more profitable for him to serve the next table since there were more people there, probably hoping that it would be there that he would be left with a good tip.
The total waiting time for the menu and order acceptance is 20-25 minutes.
A waiter came up to us to take the order and when asked why it took so long to come up to take the order, we heard the answer "so why didn't you call"
This is the first time we have encountered this, in all your establishments, after serving the menu, the waiter comes to take the order within 5 minutes, even if there is a large workload!
Everything seemed to be fresh, but after visiting this institution I got poisoned.
I do not recommend a Khinkalnya in Novaya Borovaya to anyone!

We went to a new place in the area. I didn't like it very much. The Sazaphulo salad of cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, parsley and coriander was very spicy, although it was not marked on the menu (although hot pepper is found as a designation on the menu). The parsley was one sprig with three leaves in the decoration, there was no cilantro.
Khinkali was waited for 40 minutes in the khinkalna, there is nothing special in the hall, seating ~ 70% of the tables.
Khinkali is delicious, especially with mushrooms.
Cranberry juice is diluted by 1 to 5, tasteless.

It's just a terrible place, perhaps the worst khinkalnya in the whole of Minsk. Just look at this bowl, it's just a quiet horror, it looks like some kind of cabbage soup. Just for the sake of interest, Google what the bowl should look like. It also tastes nothing like a bowl, it has some kind of rubber meat in water, that's what it is. As far as I remember, chashushuli is served with Georgian bread, no bread was served, they just said there was no bread, so maybe it's not worth serving the main dish then. That is the whole point of this dish: you take delicious soft Georgian bread, dip it in thick gravy from the bowl, and eat it with meat. But there is no bread here, and the gravy is not thick, it's just water. I think a real Georgian would be even more unhappy than me. I do not recommend this place to anyone!
