The staff is very helpful. We took khachapuri in Adjarian and mushrooms with suluguni, I don't remember the name on the menu. The mushrooms are super. Everything is fine in khachapuri, but the dough is too yeast, the taste is strong.

I was at this place with my family on the weekend.
We ordered khinkali and khachapuri in Adjarian style.

But the waiters were extremely upset.
The girl brought a large plate of khinkali, but did not bring plates for each family member. It was awkward, because eating without plates is not very good. After being asked to bring plates, the girl unhurriedly served plates, but again did not serve forks and knives. I had to call the waiter again so that the remaining cutlery would be brought.

Great atmosphere, very tasty cuisine, excellent beer, fast serving of all dishes (about 15-20 minutes), availability on Fridays/weekends, unlike establishments in the Nemiga, TSUM, city center area (reservation is almost 100% everywhere, this place has helped out more than once in such situations). This is not Khinkali!!! Those who ate real ones - juicy, with chopped meat and herbs, they will understand. In this institution (this is a network (() their filling was terrible (I took it with mutton), without the taste of mutton and with some kind of reddish color of minced meat (I think this is some kind of chemical for storing minced meat)… But the dough was good)

The menu is not bad. The staff is excellent. We went there with only one goal — khinkali, but we got one disappointment. They don't look like homemade ones at all. It's like they bought it in a store and just boiled it. Little meat, little juice, small in themselves. If you compare it with other establishments... Khinkali for 4. I liked the choice of wine more. It tastes pretty good. The establishment was not particularly impressed, but in principle it is not bad.
