We visited this cozy place with friends. We were very satisfied with the fast service, delicious food and pleasant friendly waiter Vlad. The khachapuri was juicy and luxurious, I liked the khinkali with beef, and the lemonade was super good!!! we immediately clarified whether we would split the bill) I recommend visiting this place! Despite the fact that we arrived closer to closing, we were served quickly and did not rush to finish our meal. We kindly asked you to pay the bill for closing the cash register and that's it, enjoy. the service and food are excellent, I recommend it!

One of the best points of the chain, always fresh meat, always excellent taste for years, attentive waitresses, competently prompt the menu based on your wishes, khinkali with beef and coriander, as well as khachapuri in Adjarian style with kharcho soup - as if the highlight of the establishment! I recently visited the Khinkalnya cafe and was delighted. It was simply divine! The dough was perfectly cooked, and the filling was rich and fragrant.
The waiters were very polite and friendly. They took orders quickly and were always ready to help with the selection of dishes. It seemed like I was in a circle of friends.I recommend this cafe to anyone who appreciates delicious cuisine and good service. I will definitely come back again!

We've been in several times. There are always a lot of people! Especially on a summer holiday.. The waiters work quickly and are polite. The food is very tasty! We tried all khinkali - there are a lot of fillings! Juicy! The dough is delicious. Khachapuri top)) there are no usual eggplant rolls, but there is an alternative - an eggplant snack baked with cheese.. Delicious eggplant salad! Light unfiltered beer is also delicious)) cranberry juice is very rich! We took Napoleon for desserts - I liked it too. The prices are not expensive. Dinner for two ~ 80₽ so I advise you, delicious, high-quality and beautiful interior
PS: a tip to the management: in the large hall on the 2nd floor, I would like the music to play louder.. so as not to hear the chatter of the neighboring tables..The hum was annoying..they went to the next room))))

Many thanks to the staff! On 11/20/2024, my wife's birthday was celebrated. Despite the busy hall, the dishes were served quickly. Everything was delicious, we packed everything we couldn't eat! The food is delicious, very spicy. A wide range of menus. A good team works (hostesses, waiters, kitchen).👍 The waiting time is standard, the feed is beautiful from under the knife. The design is good. The institution has three halls, which in turn are zoned. There is also a summer porch. We ordered dolma, baked eggplant salad, chicken lula, potatoes, kharcho and white sangria. The drink is very good, it's a pity that I lost the position of assorted sweets.

Maybe we were unlucky... A place in the very center of the city, a very high rating, we expected appropriate impressions, but ...
we ordered a set of different varieties of khinkali in advance, we clearly said when ordering that these very "varieties" should be brought gradually. But as a result, we saw all these 4 hefty dishes on the table at the same time. Can you imagine how delicious the cooled dumplings are? I can assure you that frozen khinkali is even nastier ...
We had to demand their heating with a corresponding degradation of taste.
The waiter was really amused - he did not bring the required number of glasses (all the guests at the table were in front of his eyes), then he was confused with the number of appliances. Of course, we can assume that he quit the next day for the classic reason of disagreement with the opinion of the owners of the institution on optimizing his salary, but why should we suffer from this?
In short, we cannot recommend the institution, especially since there is something to compare it with - a week ago we finally visited the Tiflis restaurant, which is on Tolbukhin, if we talk about Georgian cuisine. I understand that it is not quite correct to compare these establishments on a formal basis, the average receipts differ, but the "sediment remained"...

A place with a "type-Georgian" cuisine. The quality of the food itself is 4 with a minus. I took khachapuri in Adjarian style, the cheese and egg do not mix as it should, maybe I was so lucky of course. The beef kebab is really made from beef, but there are no necessary spices in the meat, not even basic salt and pepper. Just a bland cutlet of good meat on the grill. No one offered sauces. The kebab is served with a handful of pickled onions, the onion is pickled, it looks like a bluish corpse.
Vegetable salad sucks. Cucumbers and tomatoes are the cheapest, I don't know, maybe there are no others in Minsk, but then the price tag should be less. The main feature of Georgian cuisine is its simple composition, but the ingredients are of high quality.
A decent "homemade wine", I took a glass of red. Lovely Isabella taste, I liked it.

We decided to sit with friends in an atmosphere close to home and chose the cafe "Khinkalnya" on Internatsionalnaya Street. The place is located in the city center, it was very convenient for everyone. The cafe is cozy, the atmosphere is pleasant. Now, as for the service. The waiters in the establishment approach quickly enough, that's all. When the order was brought to us, the girl did not consider it necessary to pour alcoholic beverages to the guests that we ordered, for the whole time no one came up to us and asked if we liked everything, but there was something to say. On what the institution is positioned, then it "limps", the onion was cut quite large in khinkali, it was not very pleasant to eat, and after all, the institution is located in the very center of the city. I suggest that the administration accept this review as advice for decision-making.

We visited this institution on January 4th. We were seated at a table near the entrance, from where it blew terribly every time the door was opened. Since it was the 4th place we went to, we decided to stay because we really wanted to eat.
There were tables available, but they said they were booked. Periodically, a lot of people left the second floor, so we asked the waitress if we could move there if there were empty seats. The girl replied in an unpleasant tone: "I do not know, I'm not Vanga." And then she ignored us.
After 10-15 minutes, we asked another waiter to see if there were any seats. And they said they wanted to move. He promised to look into the matter, and we never saw him again.
The blow was so strong that the napkins flew off the table.
We both got very sick and it really spoiled our impression of the trip to Belarus and about this institution. The food is delicious, but that's probably the only plus.
It's been 6 days, my girlfriend is still very sick, she had to cancel work. I would like to sincerely thank the staff of the institution for such indifference to their customers and ruined the trip.

I've always loved going to this place. Everything was on the level, no problems. However, suddenly, since the beginning of November, everything has become terrible: the meat tastes terrible, with veins, the dough tasteless like water. There is no sharpness at all in sharp hinkals, they are exactly the same tasteless as all the others (although they were always moderately sharp before, as in the description). I am very sorry that the quality of this institution has fallen below the baseboard, although I used to enjoy going here for almost a year.

I went to lunch with my colleagues. The Kharcho seemed a little lean at first, but by the end of the plate there was a sharp edge, and I praised to everyone what a rich Kharcho you have - you need to fix it, otherwise I won't go. The Khinkali removed all the negativity, they were just great, it felt like only from the fire. The cheese salad is great. One of the colleagues did not like the first salad from the lunch menu, which is with meat. She said it like rancid olive oil and didn't eat at all.
I will separately note the girl who served us, I will personally give her 5 stars out of 5.
I'll check on the grub next week. If it gets like the first time, I'll fix it with 5 stars.

Convenient location in the city center, there is a summer terrace. Food as luck would have it: we ordered 2 different dishes, one had cold meat and partially cold potatoes. The pork kebab was salty. Very slow serving of dishes and a long wait for both the menu and the bill. I also didn't like that one person was brought a dish, he had already eaten it by the time the dish was brought to the second person. It's very noisy in the hall. In Khinkalna on the street International, 25 a table was ordered for a family birthday celebration. They brought their own cakes for the holiday, and they were taken from us at the entrance without any problems. When the celebration was coming to an end and it was time for tea and cake with candles to the cheerful song Happy birthday, which lifts the mood not only for the hero of the occasion, but, in general, for everyone present, instead of a cake, we received an administrator with a dubious expression who informed us that they did not serve cakes without a quality certificate. After all, when they buy cakes in the store, they are puzzled by certificates, right?
To our legitimate questions: firstly, why did they take our dubious cake without a pedigree and put it in their pedigree refrigerator, and secondly, where are their quality certificates for food that we have missed? The answer was given that if you want to see our certificates, then call the sanitary station....Let me remind you that we talked with the administrator, not with a competitor saboteur (although who knows). Unfortunately, the sanitary station was already closed at that time ... Eh ...
But then an unexpected plot twist followed!
To our natural request to return the cakes, we were given the answer: "What kind of cakes? We didn't have any of your cakes!". Homemade cakes, in which about 12 hours of my personal time and about 150 rubles in cost were invested. That is, the cafe just decided to rob us. To our natural comment that the police are dealing with the thefts, the receptionist with a dubious expression said: "Call!" (do you remember yes? the receptionist, not a competitor-saboteur)
To say that two brutal policemen in berets and with weapons were extremely puzzled by the current situation (especially after, despite the screams of the receptionist with a dubious expression, that we were drunken rowdies, we saw a pretty birthday girl who has not been drinking for several years) is to say nothing.
Non-certified cakes, which the cafe did not take from us and did not put in its pedigree refrigerators, suddenly miraculously appeared! (no other than magic outside of Hogwarts.. Although real fans know that food cannot be conjured according to the laws of transfiguration).
But the funniest thing about this story is that literally in March, my friend celebrated dr in one of the hincalenes of this network. There we were served by a wonderful waiter who brought us my beautiful homemade cake to the cheerful song Happy birthday!
Of course, we ended our evening delicious, beautiful and fun anyway, but ...
the conclusion is the same: if you hate people, then don't work as an administrator, if you are the owner of a business, then think about who you are hiring to represent you

Cheese soup with undercooked khinkali is mediocre, heterogeneous (pieces of cheese floated), over-salted. Khinkali with mushrooms is not worth it at all - there are not mushrooms inside, but mushroom puree (mushrooms are finely chopped as much as possible). Disgusting. Ojahuri looks like it was cooked a week ago — it looks more like slop. The meat in khinkali and lula kebab turned out to be raw, all the food went to the trash. Now it is clear why it takes them less than 20 minutes to take out, although they had to wait almost an hour for on-site service on a normal weekday. And this is not an accident — it is not the first time that we notice how the quality of the kitchen suffers.
