I have visited this institution more than once and was very satisfied. The food is prepared quickly and very tasty. I tried kharcho soup, cheese soup, khinkali. Kharcho is an island for me personally (they brought it once), so be careful if you don't like spicy food or can't eat it, and it's better to check with the waiter) Cheese soup is always excellent, I've ordered it many times - it's always very tasty, khinkali too. The staff is polite and friendly. Compared to the other khinkalnya across the street, this one definitely wins. It's both more comfortable and tastier here.

Food?: khachapuri, as always, is hot from the heat...They are very tasty and pleasant to look at. Khinkali is delicious and spicy...They are spicy, especially with beef. Mushroom + cheese ...I would have finalized, something is wrong with the filling (appearance, taste), perhaps the cheese was incorrectly selected. Nooo.. In general, Khinkali deserve to be one of the best in the city.
Interior?: Yes, very pleasant atmosphere in the hall, New Year lights. The music is themed, as are the chandeliers above the tables, everything is in style! However...the pads on the bench need to be cleaned sometimes (there were food stains, unpleasant in appearance) It was not cleaned under the table, toothpicks (sticks) and wrappers from them (bags) were lying around. I think they only clean the table here and only the central aisles...for visitors.
Bottom line???: Will I come here again? Yes, I will come. You know, the kitchen takes its toll, the inner harmony of decoration and themes immerses you partially into the small world of another country...well, yes, let's check if it has become cleaner under the table and on the sofa with pillows)

Firstly, there were several birthdays in the hall at the same time, which made it fun for everyone and everyone congratulated each other. The waiter "Snezhana" served, she was not friendly and rude, I am generally silent about the knowledge of courses for serving dishes. We ordered khinkali, shish kebab, salad, dessert and coffee:
1) Khinkali - there are no questions, they are perfect;
2) shish kebab is delicious, juicy;
3) salad is normal, the most ordinary;
4) about coffee and dessert - we have been waiting for more than 20 minutes. It's a shame that they bring a basket of tortillas to all the guests, they didn't bring it to us.
They managed to remove the dirty dishes after 10 minutes, there are no wet wipes.
We are still waiting for our coffee and dessert, I think we will press for another 30 minutes.
As a result: the food is delicious, cooked with a bang. But the service SUCKS.

A couple of years ago I discovered Georgian cuisine ... to be honest, I wasn't in all the khinkalni in Minsk, I only went around three, and I don't want to look for more, because this one conquered me! Even if you imagine that professionals work everywhere and the dishes are identical, then the atmosphere here corresponds to the impressions of Georgia. A comfortably decorated restaurant, Georgian music and songs sound softly against a background, there is no excessive pathos, but there is the famous Georgian cordiality and generosity (not when you drive a meatball decorated with drops of sauce on a plate and think "take, Lord, for a cutlet"), here you really feel full when leaving the table. Come in, you won't regret it!

The impression was spoiled by the fact that the pomegranate wine was strongly mixed with water and the order was brought in parts, starting with the wine.
Khachapuri in Adjarian more than liked it.

We stopped by with friends to try Georgian cuisine, but were disappointed. There were a lot of empty seats on the terrace, but the waiter said that there was no more boarding there. We went inside - it was stuffy, the air conditioner was turned off, it was impossible to breathe. The service is terrible, the waiter has a sour expression on his face, as if everyone should. I understand it's Saturday night, but people come to rest.

Unfortunately, I didn't really like the dinner at this restaurant. The waiter Snezhana was not very friendly, she answered our questions about the menu mediocre. It was disappointing that there was no ice, which is why it was not possible to order the drink of interest. We hoped that the Khinkali would not let us down in the restaurant of the same name. We ordered it with pork and greens, but there were absolutely no greens (but there was one in the receipt). The broth was also tasteless.

I ordered soup, waited (I repeat, lunch soup) for 30 minutes. The waiter comes up and says . And there will be no soup after 30 minutes . Offer another soup or replace it with something, or maybe apologize.?!No, you haven't heard. Khachapuri was very wet and obviously not baked, they did not finish eating. The service is terrible. In the evening, we ate them for dinner, my wife ate with mushrooms and cheese (everything is fine with her). At night I felt very sick (sharp abdominal pain, diarrhea, vomiting, temperature + 39, aches all over my body), during the day it did not get better (activated charcoal, nifuroxazide and smekta did not help), and therefore we decided to call an ambulance, as a result - we were admitted to the hospital...

Salad with nut dressing is completely undefined, more like a salad with a very diluted dressing. Chicken is edible in Chkmerul, but there are also very few spices that characterize Georgian cuisine.
