The hotel positions itself as a 4-star hotel. There is not even a 1 star. We were corporate clients and upon arrival, the administrator did not give us the keys, was rude, raised his voice. Horror. It was September 30th. In the evening, when I returned, I bought a coke and a mineral water. The guard went to check if I had alcohol there? And THIS hotel positions itself as 4 stars!!!!!! There are many hotels much better than this hotel

Great hotel! Cozy comfortable rooms. Polite and helpful staff. The dining room is delicious and well served. There are beautiful sights nearby. I recommend it to everyone who goes on vacation to Urgench.

Nice hotel in the city center. Attentive staff. They ordered us a taxi to the airport at three o'clock in the morning without any problems. We took the suitcases to the second floor, there is no elevator. However, none of the wellness services stated on the website (swimming pool, sauna, gym) are working. There are no Russian TV channels

The furniture in the rooms is very dilapidated, instead of a normal prayer space, some kind of thick piece of carpet. Not all rooms have a pointer to the direction of the Qibla. For some reason, in the restaurant on time for breakfast you are greeted with a list of hotel guests. Where for some reason, information about you is open, your last name, first name and patronymic. The choice of the breakfast menu is much poorer than in the same place in Urgench in the Uzbekistan hotel. Although the building itself is visible that it is not badly renovated and with not bad furniture.

The rooms are huge, which is a plus. But they have very strange lighting. There are only small table lamps and a floor lamp, there is no ceiling lighting. I really didn't like that there are almost no sockets in the room, only behind the TV, there is no bed, so to charge the gadget, you need to dance with a tambourine. And also .... A TEA SET and A TEAPOT!!!! They're not there!!! Nonsense!!!

When I additionally asked prenisli for 2 more, but they were broken and said that they did not have normal hangers. The buffet breakfast. In my room (209), it does not connect to Wi-Fi, when I told the reception 4 times I replied that everything was fine. In order to use the Internet, you will have to go to the corridor.

I was here in 2014. The hotel resembles someone's show-offs. All that is here from 4 stars is an offer to carry a suitcase to the room. The food is scarce. Wi-Fi is terrible (but it's the same everywhere in Urgench). In a 4-star hotel room, instead of a bathroom or shower, there is a stove with a hole in the floor, as in Soviet sanatoriums. The staff hardly speaks Russian. All that was pleasant to remember was the built-in radio in each room.
