I greeted him, told the seller that I wanted to paint with oil and did not know which brushes to choose. She told me that protein would not work, but you need to take bristles or synthetics. They are distinguished by their "naturalness". I asked her clarifying questions. But the answer was, in short: I do not know which ones you will like, buy, try. During the "consultation" I felt strange. After that, I asked about oil paints and the seller corrected my stress in the word and after a pause of a few seconds she answered the question. It became clear why I felt strange. For me, it is not clear at all where this neglect comes from. Grandma heard that I didn't understand and decided to assert myself. There was another saleswoman who did not say hello, although I addressed them both. There were no badges and no uniforms either. Maybe it was my daughter who was sitting for the company. Grannies need to re-read their standards. I wonder: are mystery shoppers checking this network?
